50Toilets are disgusting. $27.00 worth of food, threw it out. 15 minutes of waiting for a coffee order, ask a staff member but got ignored took another 5 minutes. Food standards here from my experience will make someone ill.
I would think the consistent bad reviews for the cleanliness are losing customers for this OTR. Surely it would be worth the owners employing someone to keep the toilets clean and wipe over the tables. Visited today and both were disgusting. Why would we want to eat in a place where hygiene obviously isn't a priority?
Toilets are HORRENDOUS. They don't appear to have been cleaned for days. Not good enough.
I don't know if this is the right place to complain. I finish work at midnight and head to OTR for opporto's. Tried calling the store both OTR and opporto's- no one answered, I wanted to check if it was open so I wouldn't waste my time driving there. Got there at 12: 25 only to see the opporto's employee putting his coat on to leave. It says 24 hours on Google and on the big sign on the front of the the store so maybe that should be changed as it's not 24 hours. Thank you for listening.
Being spoken poorly to by a staff member who says "Hey over here" while standing behind a sign that says other counter was quite annoying as she spoke with a condescending attitude.
The other lady was fine, but the first staff member "Mel" who not only did this to me, but other customers was a very poor form of customer service.
Why not remove the sign if you are open? We are not mind readers, we are sign readers.
You guys say you can pay for fuel on the app but there's no QR code for the pumps? Fix it!
Autogas pumps regularly faulty. Not enough staff. Pumps don't communicate properly with the OTR app. Generally a poorly managed station. More of a high priced supermarket than a fuel station. Latest experience pumped 36c worth of LPG before the pump cut out and the app froze up. Previously, price displayed on the board for LPG but ALL pumps labelled Out of Service. Informed the employee at the till and he said "Did you try the pump? " I said "No, it's tagged as out of service". Debacle.
The dump point is virtually overflowing at 11am 1.12.22. Utterly disgusting. Reported it to Maintenance man. And if that wasn't bad enough the wheelchair access toilet is also appalling.almost overflowing with presumably urine! Does anyone check these toilets. Reported to check out man.
And on that subject, why oh why are all toilets unisex.for goodness sake have 2 female only, so sick of walking in to urine in floor and subsequent stench!
Great stop off, plenty of choice, 8.30 am and toilets had a line up. Went to buy a straw hat but no price on it so left it there as they were busy.
Keep displaying gas prices on Port Wakefield road, yet at pumps out of order sign last 4 times. Then this morning out of gas and not even a sign on the pump, had to go inside for them to tell me they were out.
Been here twice. It’s disgustingly dirty. Everywhere filthy. Including toilets.
Honestly need to revamp. Clean and have quality control.
Barely reachable by phone. Makes it hard being one of my closest OTRs about 30 minutes out of my way and can't check if they have a particular thing in store or not.

16/10/22 the toilets were putrid the staff were lazy and unenthusiastic. The Balfour's custard tart was half thawed out so definitely not fresh bakery.
Absolutely most disgusting toilets I have even been in, two doors to the stall didn’t even lock. Soap dispenser fell of the wall and no paper towels or air drying to dry your hands. Just completely yuck
Then the service was a whole nothing drama. Staff struggling to even make a coffee. Will never be back there

The absolute worst toilets I have ever seen in my life, urine stained seats, dirty floors, soap dispenser fell off the wall, flick taps are loose and the air blade dryer was falling apart.
It always nice when store are brand new, but maintaining that seems to hard- nothing a commercial clean or decent scrub could fix.

Clearly understaffed, not sure of the name but the bloke in the green shirt was working very well and quickly while Cathy was rude and inconsiderate of multiple customers and clearly had no clue what she was doing. Very poor service by Cathy
Waste of space.
Only one person in there with good customer service. Alot of false advertising aswell
And always check your drink. 9/10 expired
