OTR Port Pirie

Pulled up at drive through and watched a staff member who was making an iced drink, actually scooping out ice cream from the tub with his bare hands, no gloves.
I hope he hadn't just been to the toilet!
Felt very sorry for whoever ordered the drink

Mostly pleasant staff, one tip to avoid customers driving off without all their goods, or wondering if staff forgot food order, is for staff to say, "I'll be back with your food/drink" before shutting the window and walking away. Handy and convenient!

Good servo with lots of range. Open 24/7 and has the same cigarette pricing as the supermarkets.

Should have known better. A badly under staffed store (staff are fantastic). Sat a drive through order point again over 10 mins with no response. Now stuck in lineup to take my business else where. Owners need to lift their game and treat their staff and customers with respect. Will never be back if I can get out of here.

Absolutely nasty and arrogant woman named Paige served at the counter at OTR port pirie on 4/5/2022 at 12 am. Told me to get out because I asked her to activate the pump twice. Stay away

Staff are amazing, sadly, store is way too busy for the amount of staff.

Honestly.if I could give this place no stars I would. VERY slow customer service every time 1 rude attendant with a line up 10 meters long doesn cut it.

Being the only 24 hour option (for anything) at this end of town gets OTR 4 stars.
Standard OTR store. It used to have an O'porto in store but that has sadly closed.
It does still have a drive through window if you don't want to get out the car.
In the last year I have found the staff here more friendly than you usually get in a 24/7 fuel and convenience store.

Great service, great staff and the drive thru is the best idea too. Get your goods, on the go and with great service to boot. Awesome stuff OTR Port Pirie.

You get your fuel there plus fuel for your body. Hot or cold food and you can also buy lotto tickets here as well. Great coffee

The staff are efficient, but always have to wait to pay for petrol, as staff shortage.i waited 10 mins at 20.30 as several people wanted coffee and doughnuts. If you want customers lift your game.if I were really on the run I would be a screaming.having just picked up my son from hospital I was not happy.

24 /7 Wok in a box, Aportos Chicken, coffee tea, pies, sandwiches, cakes, sit down to eat, petrol, vehicle maintenance products, staff friendly, housekeeping tidy, quick service, certainly a place for tradies, busy mums, indeed anyone.

Horrible service.when I asked to contact a manager, was told that she was the manager, when I went down today to talk to some one I was told the guy there was the manager not her. My complaint was disregarded. Really bad customer service.

Legendary, im one picky chick with my food, but I get looked after everytime

Horrible. Have a slight alergy to chilli. So i ordered the oprego burger. Its only supposed to have bbq sauce. Guess what there was only one person on his own working (verry slow i might add) and my burger had soo much chilli my throat instantly closed up. Lucky i had an epipen. Tried to ring them 5 times with no answer or an answering machine to leave a message. Not impressed at all. If you dont know what your doing. Have someone else there to supervise. Paying a second wage is allot cheaper than a lawsuit! #Oportos.
