OTR Port Augusta

I come through the PA OTR whenever we drive to/from Adelaide. Today was the worst experience I have had. Urine all over the toilet floors and no hand wash. The bathrooms reeked. Clean up guys.

I come here 2 to 3 times a day. Good coffee. Nisha. Gary. Matty and the rest are friendly.

After Reading the reviews here I am not the only one with issues about this place, Seriously You need workers who can understand a Australian, It is Starting to get frustrating with trying to explain continually what you asked for meaning please TEACH those Indians the basics of your Stock WE spend alot of money here and am starting to think we would be better of going else where, They are Rude and have no manners and yes I have emailed you Cheers Amanda

Nice staff, but don't take BP cards.
No vegan food either except for hash browns at hungry jacks

It's an OTR on the highway. Fuel, toilets, food, hot drinks, cold drinks, truckies lounge, dedicated truch fuel pumps, AdBlue.
Food options are the OTR fridges, HJs, noodles from the noodle box. Some bakery options too.
Breaks up an 8hr drive though I suppose!
Diesel wasn't too badly priced.
Toilet clean enough.

If I could go less then 1 star I would, thanks to you guys port agusta just become a drive past town for my family and friends will never stop there again.what an absolute waist of time, the worst OTR I've seen, I drive trucks and I've about seen them all. Pull in at 5am, hungry jacks is closed, wokinabox is closed, the hotdog stand is closed no hot pies, I even tried a healthy option and had a look at the eat sandwichs, one looked that soggy it had actually soaked through the packet and was leaking on the others, toilets stank really bad toilet paper all over there floors. Told the attendant about it and got Meh as a response.

We travel through PA quite a bit. We have been stopping at this OTR for a while, but recently, the standards have really dropped.
The toilets never seem clean, even early in the morning.
The staff couldn't use the fuel card motopass card machine. I had to pay by eftpos.
They were quite abrupt and rude and didn't seem to care.
I was going to get coffee and a feed, but I couldn't wait to get out of there and went elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting unisex toilets. I notice this has been complained about previously but seems nothing is ever done.
Won't ever stop here again.

Toilets were disgusting, obviously haven't been cleaned for a long time, soap dispensers didn't work. Shop floor was filthy as well.

Had been here with my friends and had ohJ orange juice and in the return we got expired juice and when asked for the proper explanation they aren’t even speak politely instead they offered a new one which is expired too.

Standards have sure slipped at this servo. Line up out the door and the only bloke on the till is making bloody coffee. Finally they open another till so I get in that line. Slowly make it to the front where I am told “can’t use a fuel card at this till”. Back to the end of the other line again. Seriously? Toilets were filthy and the whole building smelled like they had been gutting fish all morning. If you have to use BP, go across the road. Way better.

Bonnie is a star. She's such a great example of customer service. The servo is lucky to have her around

Store has more than a dozen people standing in line waiting to be served, one operator on, while someone is stacking shelves.

You would think customers are more a priority than restocking half full shelves, ignoring the fact you have many waiting to pay.

Their Freshly Squeezed Orange juice is Yummy and If you have not tried, Please Do Can not go wrong

Stopped for a break on my travels. Not a well kept place.
Toilets and hand washing station were filthy and the door gaps in the toilets are beyond a joke! I don't appreciate people being able to see me pee. Fix your store asap

There was a line for the toilet where a staff member skipped ahead of everyone.

Also got denied a coffee because staff member "hadn't had time to clean it"

Clearly have no respect for customers here.

Rude customer service by lady who is working today around 10: 30

Just stepped out of the store and was shocked to hear manager yelling at her staff! 2 of the staff members on the counter were having a laugh with a customer when a lady who appeared to be the manager came out and started yelling at the staff asking them to "get back to work"! Appalling to see staff being treated this way! 3 stars for the staff members who quietly took this behaviour. 0 for the boss!

Truck showers and toilets are discusting.
They haven't been cleaned properly for ages.
Scum on floors and walls.
Rubbish on the floors.
Leaking hand basin.
No hot water for making your own tea or coffee.

This place is filthy, grotty and dirty. Its clearly not being cleaned properly on a regular basis. Floors, toilets, walls all show evidence of accumulated dirt going back months. Only a casual inspection is required to see this.
