OTR Pinnaroo

Workers were nice, the food was so good. Has all the essentials definitely stop if you are driving by.

One of the staff member is doing racism with indian people. She is aussie lady. She is working in morning shift. We never recommended this store.

Convenient that its open 24/7 if you need fuel or food as not much else is open in Pinnaroo. Grabbed some fish and chips late at night and it was decent and a coffee the next day.

Staff in the store very incompetent at trying to prepare my Loaded Chicken Burger and chips for lunch. The Burger was ready 10 mins before the chips.
When I sat to eventually eat my lunch I found the Burger was a disgusting grease ball that I could not pick up and I had to request a plate and knife and fork to eat it - I could not eat it all as it turned out.
Definitely do not buy the Burger at this place, and be prepared for a long wait after placing your order for your meal.
Other patrons were equally disgusted as I was, with the service.

My partner ordered the Loaded Brekky which was being advertised with a free coffee for $13.95. He was charged $19.45 & when he questioned it was told by the bigger built lady with a bullring in her nose that was what the register was telling her. She was very rude & arrogant. He got his breakfast with no bacon, charred tomato, 2 eggs 1 of which was rotten, bowl of cold baked beans. I rang the store & the guy with very limited English said next time he comes in get a free coffee. This is not good enough. Train your staff better. He is a truck driver & regularly fuels up at $1800 a time. He will be looking at getting his fuel from Perrys or elsewhere on the road.

Stopped for fuel & it took 23 mins to get to pay at the register. Absolutely AWFUL service and it wasn't even busy. Put more staff on!
We decided not to stop here EVER again.

Unable to tell the difference between a milkshake and a thick shake.
Flavor is great but was looking forward to a thick shake.

Filled up with Petrol and decided to get a TA Coffee while I was there. Big mistake. Older lady took my order and told me to stand to the side. I was then forgotten about. Ended up taking 20 minutes to get a coffee after the young girl making them asked me what I was doing standing there. Get your coffee in Lameroo instead. Better service and better coffee.

Had to literally bang on the window after the guy behind the counter just stared at me. Needed to pee and grab coffee. Was incredibly rude and honestly I wish there was a closer servo cause I really rather not have to stop here again with people like that working

Got a roast chicken from them last week and half my family who ate it were sick 2 hours later. Found out a few people in town have had issues too.maybe a health inspection might be worth a look.

The rest rooms are always not working, down to one unit working have stopped here before and aways the some. For a big company this is not good.

The only reason I'm not leaving 1 star is because the amount of options offered for food is reasonable, and I was refunded for my meal when it was served to me. Unfortunately, refunding the money doesn't justify terrible service, so they needed this bad review.
I spent well over 20 minutes waiting for a steak sandwich to be made, only for someone to walk in, order one, and be handed my sandwich that I'd been waiting for.
This on its own wouldn't justify such a low score, but trying to explain myself to the service person, whose grasp on the English language was elementary at best, was the icing on the cake. Every single person who came through the shop had to explain what they wanted 2-3 times minimum before the woman behind the counter actually understood. One gentleman had to exclaim "no, the cigarettes on the bottom row" at least a dozen times before being handed what he wanted.
I'm all for giving people of diverse cultural backgrounds a fair go, but they need to at least be able to communicate with their customers if they want a customer service role.

NOTE to the management of pinnaroo OTR.

I've been here so many times and you only have 2 people working on a lunch rush (one cook and one serving) there are line ups to the door!
People want to just pay for their fuel and have to wait in the line up fo 10-15 mins. You have security cameras take note of how it runs. There are that many people complaining about the lack of staff and how Rude the staff are towards the customers! You need to fix these problems. Stressed out employees don't have good customer service.

The most expensive petrol station we have ever come across in our travels. They used the excuse prices are due to overheads in running a business. We also ran a business but never profited to the extent of highway robbery in being the only type of business in the area. EG Bottle water was 3 times the cost it is elsewhere a meat pie was $8
Do not buy from in store.

I came in and order some food and coffee. The girl who served me was rude. She spoked down to a lovely girl who brought out my food and asked if I needed everything else. I asked there girl her name and she said her name was Nichola. I said are you ok and she said she was just home sick because she came up to help. I told her that she doesn't need to put up with that behaviour. She replied politelyl she's just tire dshe doesn't mean to be rude. But Nichola looked like she was going to cry. I didn't like that at all.

Disappointing to be told food is not available when all the signs say food availability to10pm. (still the signs are up 6-12 months later and tonight 3/9 kitchen closed at 7: 50pm)

Girl with the nose ring is useless! She is arrogant towards the customers, then she walks away when coffee was to be made, 20 minutes later we asked the other staff member in the
kitchen for our coffee. Disgraceful! Truck drivers are on time frames and don't need that added to their time!

Price advertised on the board didn’t match the price at the pump, staff acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I queried them

The lady behind the counter was so kind and caring to the customers even during such a busy time.

Asked for a toasted bacon & egg sandwich.was told they only have b&e rolls. After we drove off, I took a bite. OMG the bun was soggy (not toasted) the egg resembled a piece of cardboard and the bacon didn't taste/look cooked.no butter, no sauce.price $6.95 and had to throw it in a bin. AWFUL. I reported how bad the food was to OTR Head Office.
