OTR Peterhead

My go to OTR, to be honest they can be a little expensive with their fuel, BUT it’s BP fuel so you know it’s quality fuel, so you don’t mind paying a bit more, staff always very friendly, i care about my Diesel car so i wouldn’t go anywhere else

Hy team today i bought 2 pie that was cold and last to last time I bought 5 pie that was also cold and specially the tall guy he work in to afternoon shift

Had my family visit OTR Peterhead the team member they were served by had no smile or friendly greeting. Ordered hot food and the square pie was still cold in the middle of the product not a temp nor was the temperature prob cleaned was put one product and then in another product. Not long got home and since then my uncle has gone to the bathroom throwing up and diarrhoea

Extremely poor customer service

Went for cigarettes and beef jerky sign said go to next counter which I did to wait attendant knew I was there but decided to quickly open the other register for his Indian friends to serve them instead of others lining up! Racism at its finest

Didn't get fuel but had some bakery products and coffee, staff good and parking ok, clean and tidy premises

Bought a pie and now they warm when ordered not heated and ready to go, burnt my mouth and it was soggy never buying hot food at OTR again!

Can I commend Luke (working around 5pm at Peterhead OTR on Fri. 27/5/22) on being a patient, efficient and professional staff member. He helped other staff, maintained impeccable service during peak hour and demonstrated knowledge, warmth and friendly customer service despite being under pressure. Well done at balancing excellent service and patience with fellow staff.

Why display FAKE BREAD AND SALAMI STICKS BEHIND YOUR COUNTER? Service is great but your Bread display IS FAKE. You do not sell freshly baked bread.you sell same as other stores! Feel Deceived

Yes, it's ok. It's convenient, doesn't have a whole lot else going for it, but it's ok, for what it is.

The local servo. Staff are always nice & friendly here. Plenty of food options. Pretty pricey for general goods & cold drinks though

Too expensive for fuel, avoid like the plague. One day the OTR owners will wake up and realise that profiteering of the community will end in customers going elsewhere. It's that simple.

The manager (Amy) is incredibly rude. Demanding to see my medical exemption as I walked in without a mask! Barking orders and embarrassing me in front of other customers making me feel extremely awkward and alienated in front of everyone. Incredibly rude will never return to that outlet.

Petrol is never the cheapest around don't see any cleaning of the desk inbetween service. The drive through food is decent, I got the chips as a one of the 2 side orders will be doing that again if they Taste like that again. WOW!

A fairly good OTR my biggest gripe is that they advertise on large signage that the Oporto drive through is open 24 hours this is not the case and when you mention it to the staff they tell you that it has been bought up to the owners many times but they will not change the signs

Happy wash, only 1: 00 minute for $1 really? And pressure is not right, it take about 10 seconds until the new set start working.

Please guys what is going on?

I live a street away so come here at least one a fortnight to wash my car. I always ask to take $10 cash out in coins for the carwash. Sometimes they are fine with it, sometimes they insist i have to purchase something to take cash out so I have to buy a 10c plastic bag, and soemtimes they insist and eventually give in. Really sick and tired of having the discussion everytime guys. Please apply some common sense if people are using your happy wash

The price of cold bottles of water here is way overpriced for a simple need it's cheaper to but their house brand milk as you can buy two 2litre milks for less than $5

Got very sick turns out it to be to gastro and believe it or not my niece and hubby and 8 month old child did to, and we haven’t been in physical contact since January contacted their outlet and of little English and no manager! Avoid!

Our favourite servo station for getting supplies of milk bread coffee and other essential items and petrol of course

One stop shop, wash, petrol, Oporto, Brumby's and convenience store. Obviously expect to pay more for groceries 5 stars for parking. Im not a fan of Oportos but a Subway would be nice for me
