Lack of sarvies with subway, discrimination for otr, they spoke to each other in there own language to ask if my mate and was stealing they didn't seam to ask us

I absolutely love Klaudia! Everytime she's working my coffee is not only on time, its delicious and she make me feel very comfortable. She's super friendly great customer service Thank you for being so fabulous!

Subway Staff rostered on at 6: 30pm on 27/4 did not check speaker box for over 12 minutes, all 3 staff were out the back not wearing their head phones. I rang and a lovely Lady serving customers for fuel answered the phone and got the Staff to serve me, She was very helpful but the other 3 Worst service ever.
Ordered 3 things, 2 were ok but one was a soggy mess with too much sauce, I asked for no sauce.

Worst otr ever. I never go anywhere other than otr. I always use my otr app to get fuel because i get discount. But the night attendant old lady asked me to prepay before i refill that was very rude to me. I read other reviews aswell everyone has same issues and its not getting resolved. Never coming back to this otr. I paid 100 dollars in advance but my car’s tank was not full so i had to go back and pay more to get more fuel it wasn’t convenient for me.

They bake you meat pie after you buy it. Seriously who wants to wait for that, it’s at least 10min for a decent baked pie. It’s a service station, needs to be in/out.

Absolutely terrible experience every time I have been to this OTR. The staff roll their eyes and slamed the drive through window, I ordered 15 minutes early via the ap and the coffees only started being made 5 minutes after arrival, and when we asked the staff member gave nothing but attitude.
We will be making a formal complaint as this has happened more then once.

8: 15 p.m. On a Thursday night pump number 1, I was was asked to pre-pay fuel.
Operator working has victimised me by turning off the pump and requesting prepaid to me only.
So, knowing only myself has been asked to prepaid fuel, I've given Baltazar a fair mouth full and asked him if everyone is pre-pay or just me? , which he replied YES everyone. I challenged him on that and told him I have nothing to do for the next 10 minutes, should I sit around and see if everyone was pre-pay. I hadn't even reached the exit door and seen that a person at pump number 7 that pulled up after me had fueled up and heading towards the entry door to make payment. I didn't need the 10 minutes to confirm that I was discriminated against and victimised. Which I stated allowed for all customers to hear and baltazar to see and hear that I was discriminated and victimised. I am now completing an email to write a complain to the management director.

I called because subway there sent out wrong meal and then when I asked for subway she hung up on me and then put the phone off the hook so I couldn't call back after she said I'll just get them for you. Subway phone is off the hook also and there deliberately obstructing service.

Refused to serve me petrol as I was putting it in a Jery can and not putting any in my car and their excuse was it's company policy, I thought your company policy was to serve petrol to the public what an absolute disgrace I spend over 100 dollars per week for my vehicle and work equipment plus we have two other vehicles in our fleet with the same or more equipment that need petrol, I cannot believe it you should be ashamed denieing hard working people there need to make a living, I know it's not much to a billion dollar corporation but you will no longer receive any of our money. Went to Caltex down the road and they were happy to serve me and thought that it was ridiculous how you treated me.

Gotta change your slogan from
"We never close" to
"Gotta knock to be let in"
Dont know if its just your weekend over night workers but the door is always locked

We went on 26/02/22 to otr and purchased car wash, orange juice and mac n cheese bites.
Firstly There was a deal with orange juice and pie, they didnt have a pie so they could’nt give any other deal.
Anyways i asked the lady if mac n cheese bites have meat it in as i dont eat any meat and she said no, so i took that with orange juice.
We washed our car went home and ate mac n cheese bites when my husband and I took a bite and there was meat in those I told my husband, he rang the store and spoke to a guy and he said sorry that person wasnt aware. Whoever is selling should know these things thats why we always make sure we double check with the person who is on the counter.
Its religious thing for us and we dont eat any meat, you should understand that its not about money.
Guy we spoke to told my husband sorry but we can give you a refund.

Subway at On The Run Para Hills West are not very efficient. I asked for a large lemonade with ice, and was given a lemon Lift. When I went back and returned the drink, because it tasted awful. That is when they confirmed they had made the mistake. I asked for a bottle of lemonade, not wanting another awful tasting drink from the machine with ice, and was told I had to pay extra. Considering it was their mistake, I should have received that small bottle for free.

Since Indians have taken over night shift, they lock the doors; you have to wait for them to unlock the door before entering, when you enter no one is around, the music is on from the store, but Indian music is screaming from the back room. They also lock you in so you have to wait for them to unlock the doors, it's NOT convenient or friendly anymore. I will travel an extra 7Kms to get wonderful service, even though this servo is on the road I live on. I am disabled and the wait time has gone from 30 seconds (in and out of the store) to around 6 minutes (in and out of the store). As a local I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE STATION BECAUSE OF WAIT TIMES AND UNFRIENDLY STAFF (and screaming indian music from the back of the store). I dont care about music, but hey when the store music is on and Indian music screaming makes me not even want to enter the premises.

Amazing customer service today but as
always not enough staff 11am on a Sunday and one poor woman serving 8 people for coffee, fuel and drinks. This is becoming rediculas at the point now where we are going to stop going to this on the run

Have now been in there 3 times, first i waited 15 minutes with no staff to be found and almost walked out with out paying, second time got served by a lady who had some attitude problem and in disgust i walked out and left the items on the counter to now going in around 9.30 this mornimg to hear the lady i assume the manager making coffee swearing and talking like she was at a dingy pub to the other worker and showing no respect to customers what so ever. Refuse to go back.

Best coffee ever! I regularly attend this store and I’m never disappointed with the service. Will keep coming back:)

I went in to pay for my fuel and a middle aged lady rudely in a voice letting the whole store know told me that i wasn’t to be allowed on my phone whilst fuelling when i wasn’t and it was in my car. I brought my phone in to pay for my fuel.and apologised despite not doing it, and then continued to tell me not to do it when i didn’t and told me their was signs when i went back out to check if she was psycho or not, turns out shes in her own head, I’m never coming back. ‍️

One of the newest built DIY carwash in Adelaide, but don't let that fool you. You'll face more pressure on your holidays than you do from the "High" pressure wash. Save your dollars and drive just down the road to Mawson Lakes OTR happy wash. 1000x better!

Ordered coffee to take home for my wife.she refused to touch it.i tried it and it was like warm milk.disgusting poured it straight down the sink.wont be going back there again

Refused fuel because I was wearing a helmet in the four court (never had this trouble before). Rudely told it says on the pump (which it didn’t!) and this site didn’t even have the no helmet sign on the door. Wouldn’t mind if the pumps were clean enough to pump a helmet on.
