Never ha e the service here been anything good. Most of the time the staff has an attitude that they rather be some where else. When you ask to buy something they always wanna do their bare minimum to accommodate. I'd actually give them -5 but there's no way to do it

Haven't been here for a while now I know why went to counter waited for 3 or 4 minutes then guy comes to serve me gets bread I wanted and turns around and gets on phone and ipad and ignores me then wonders why I have left sorry to say the bad service hasn't been fixed. Would give zero stars if I could

Today at 10: 00 pm on 5/9/23 i went in drive through and the guy how works there refused to serve me with out any reason and also he was free and i was the only customer at that time he been very rude to me. Very bad service they should look after their customers and talk politely,

Gave a 1 star as got no service and says your open 24 hours. I had to drive out of my way and go to the modbury otr. I was there at 3am pushing the bell and also another person was already standing there waiting. He had also been pressing the bell and was knocking on the front door with no help. Maybe the staff member was having a sleep. It happens a lot here at night. Maybe management should be checking cctv and see what is going on here and how many sales they be missing out on. If staff are on a break stick a sign up.

Not impressed with the service I recived today. I was the only one in the drive thru and yet was told to wait. 5 minutes pass and finally I can place an order for a dog n shake deal. They didn't even ask me what flavor shake I wanted. Was hoping to correct it when I got to the window. Nope, not only I had to wait an additional 5 minutes of my own time, but the person who served me was completely oblivious as to what I had ordered! At this stage 10 minutes of my only break I get at work goes to waste WAITING around for something I never get. At this stage I didn't even want to wait around anymore so I just drove off back to work with no lunch at all. Service here has usually been pretty good here, but i dont think I'll ever come here for getting stuff for lunch, let alone getting fuel!

5/1/23,10: 15 pm. Absolutely terrible staff member. The staff was a female. I asked her to open the door for me so I can buy a drink from inside. She refused and didn’t open the door. She was rude and disrespectful. I hope she get fired.

Absolute joke of a store.
Double standards for customers where some are allowed in at night and others are told to use the night window.it is not a nice feeling when you are needing to use the bathroom and are watching customers walk around inside the store and browse but you get told you cannot come in.the female worker who's the only one that locks the doors needs more training.quite literally the only person & store that locks the door at the first sight of sunset. Pathetic.

You preach customer service but cannot even copy and paste your automatic response and put my name in the reply.c'mon guys.

I would understand its "For Safety" if there wasn't customers ALREADY INSIDE.

Have always had excellent experience at this store. Would certainly point out a team member Neha. She is always attentive and more than happy to help. Extremely polite.

Best c coffee ive had in a long time who ever made it is doing something right ordered through the app and was ready when i got there

Placed my order at the drive through, went to pay, and pick up my purchase, waited, and waited, he forgot I was there. I told him I was putting in a complaint, very frustrating!

Won't be back anytime soon.
Competitive petrol isn't far and they cant make a coffee.or an iced drink.or a hotdog.
Didnt use the milk asked for either.
Gross gross gross.
Only a few mouthfuls of the iced drink before I realised the milk wasnt right and I've wanted to vomit ever since so now I get a gut ache all night. Thanks

Besides consistently making bad coffee. No chocolate donut at 10am on a Monday morning. Poor form. I won't be back

Place is a joke.
1 staff on, so if someone is in drive thru, be ready to stand there for 10min watching them make the food for the drive thru.

Understaffed at nights and the attendant took out his frustrations at being busy on us, he said as much when we pulled up at the drive through.unprofessional service
