Stopped off this morning for a coffee as it's an OTR and has a drive through. Unlike the others though this one does not let you order at an intercom and instead you must use their app, which I do not have. As I was already in the drive through lane I had to wait behind someone collecting a Guzman & Gomez order (which you can do via an intercom) before I could exit. Waste of time. Won't be going there again.
Looking for fresh juice. Got told we only have what’s there. Went off a day earlier, still in fresh juice area. Also slow service here. Had a staff member taking time with crispy creams while yelling out to another member to help. Went on for 5 minutes. Avoid and take a detour. Aldinga OTR is much better staffed and focused. This one is getting a bad name!
The drive thru is useless. Massive queue that you can’t see is there until you get stuck in it. Have been waiting over 10 minutes and haven’t even ordered.
Poor customer service. I had to wait 15mins for a hotdog before giving up, because the young lady serving decided to serve the person behind me who couldn't pay their fuel.
I got forgotten about, with 2 other staff assisting her, until I asked for a refund. At which point she tried to start making a hotdog. 5 mins later, refund was processed.in the meantime the line had built up to out the doors.
Ill stick to GYG drivethru thanks.
This is by far the best petrol station in the vicinity! The range of products on the shelves is way more than any other petrol station nearby. The takeaway food choices are extensive and the pies, pasties send sausage rolls are heated in an oven to make them crisp and delicious to eat. There is a taco store as part of the complex.
I have used this service station extensively since it has been opened for both petrol, milk, food items and takeaways. The service is excellent, friendly and efficient. There are six other service stations close by which I have used for many years, but none of them rate as good as this one!
