Terrible customer service.not enough staff on in the mornings.and the staff they do have on are brain dead wombats.

The staff were really friendly! And this worker at the hungry jacks, they had black hair and a septum and maybe a lip piercing, they didn’t judge me or get annoyed when I asked what frozen drinks they had because I couldn’t read them. And the lady’s at the OTR counter were also really friendly, they had a bit of banter with my step dad: ]

Subway- If you want to get ignored whilst attendant is serving a colleague and slowly adding double ingredients whilst hearing their sales figures precisely for the day and other days and that the temperatures on food not getting tested this is the place to be!

Was very busy so therefore not enough staff and the floors, tables and chairs very dirty and need more rubbish bins internally so people throw rubbish in bin before they leave! When they first opened there was a young lad with a disability who was very good from what l saw, maybe need to reinvestigate to find someone who can do the repetitive things! Didn't visit toilets but last time not impressed, hopefully place will improve because it certainly is in the right place to stop?

I washed my hands after going to the toilet and brushed it through my hair and now my hair is stiff and crusty, not happy

My go to station for fuel and food. Staff was always friendly and happy to help even in the early mornings. Shout out to Rachael

Filled my car with gas for work tomorrow bought hungery jacks and sat at table with my teenage kids.asked the subway boy with a tatoo on his eye if he could speak more politely to us he acused me of being a drunk infrount of every one witch was humiliating because i am not then i was told id be thrown off property if i dont go cheers

Unbelievable behaviour from a night worker in here i am stunned! It is wrong to treat anyone with abusive dissrespect and to yell F#*% off repeatidly, let alone to an older person and paying customer. I just wanted to eat my food quietly and peacefully after a long day and then i have this to deal with.

Niki & Rozzi went over & above their job description today. They helped me & my sons build the best sign (VEHICLE UNDER TWE) after we hit a Roo outside Naracoorte that trashed the radiator. Thanks to Rob towing us into Naracoorte & Crouchy to come & tow us back to Mount Gambier.)

Staff likes to pick on their customers having a laugh. Tbh worst otr I've ever been to and been served at. Most staff need to get their act together and take their job seriously.

Scruffy staff but cheerful enough.
Only one of 2 servos selling 95 fuel in the town so shall have to keep going there to fill up.

Just a typical service station on the run no fresh products everything refrigerated over priced fuel the government needs to investigate this company

Rude staff (not all of them, but certainly one of them). Absolutely disgusting bathrooms, overpriced fuel, rancid sandwich. Won’t stop here again.

One of the staff at the subway was one of the worst at serving customers. She was an older lady but she was not doing her job well (Annette). She was very slow, it took her 10-20 minutes serving a couple before us.
We saw some bread in where bread is usually placed. By the time the couple was done with their order, there was only 3 options all 6inch ‍️ And we could see at the back, there was more bread they could of used. But she told us we had to use the stuff they had at the front.
Also there was another staff in the back, but he/she would not come to the front to help or at least swap places with the slowest worker I have ever seen.

Seems like the staff have training short comings. Coffee, subway and hungry Jack's. Had three visits and three negatives. Sorry, I don't like leaving bad reviews, just didn't seem to be up to standard for other OTRs.

Not experienced OTR before but would seek out again. Clean tidy and actually enjoyed the coffee. A pleasant road trip stop

Great prices but hungry jacks staff are really slow, so best to grab a bite at the other stores in the OTR

Toilets descusting, fuel expensive, very friendly service from a young man named Michael he made lovely coffee,
Previous stop another larger young man no greeting very sour look on his face, did not want to purchase anything from him paid for fuel and left,

It's an OTR, so you know what your getting when going to one however the differences being, how friendly the staff are and the cleanliness of the store and this OTR ticks all the right boxes.

Slow service, all the tables and floors in dining area were dirty not normal for OTR. Fuel was well priced.
