OTR Murray Bridge Swanport Road

The price is high for being convenient.except petrol n smokes good price.has everything for travellers and good it's open 24/ 7 with drive through.

Tried buying milk and was told to get my service dog out. I explained it to them and then went to the counter and another person started saying I cant have my service dog evan tho she heard me explaining it to the person b4. You see tattoos and automatically think I cant have a disability.you guys should look up the penalty for refusing a service dog as this is twice now you've done this on different days.

11/11/2023. Julie professional, however with 2 workers assisting that can't get orders right is not helpful. 15 mins to make an iced coffee ridiculous. Mixing up milk can be a problem don't offer lactose free if your not going to make the coffee lactose free when you order it.

Use to work here.this place has gone down hill.been threw the drive threw on a few occasions now. To not be served with good customer service. To basically have my stuff thrown into my car and the drive threw window slammed on me by a young man. This young man calls a lady in there mum that's so unprofessional in my eyes. I am honestly so mad at how I've seen these 2 treat staff and other customers. Honestly MANAGEMENT deal with the employees listed below its a joke

I’ve accidentally been here more than once, I’d say in total three times. Always for fuel only. The first two times I waited excessively to pay for my fuel but today was an over excessive wait (9 minutes) to pay for fuel only! I shan’t accidentally get fuel here again!

Staff work very hard there is only one person serving coffee and taking payment for fuel I got fuel today 3 behind counter I asked could l pay for the fuel told wait in coffee line of five people and wait my turn so I left the money on counter and left.fuel was cheaper down road so won't be back
Any time soon maybe OTR needs work out if they are a coffee shop or selling fuel I guess there more money in coffee

Worst customer service ever waited 10 minutes for a 5 hot dogs to come back and still not even made another 10 more minutes and only 3 were done and they were cold definitely will not be back not happy 30 minutes for 5 hotdogs

If I could have chosen no stars I would have, that store and drive thru service is terrible. Not once but multiple times. Waiting at drive thru speaker for 10mins and no one bothers to say hi I will be with u in a moment. Please try and improve. Also tonight I went to drive thru speaker for the girl to say.could you please come into the store. If u can't deal with drive thrus, don't have them.

The last 3 times I have gone through the drive through we were sitting and waiting to be served for 15-20 minutes just to never be served through the drive through and had to drive around and go instore, just to see only 2 customers in the shop that were still browsing. The cashier didn't have their headset in and didn't know we were there.there was no sign on the drive through saying it was "unavailable" either. In my eyes very poor organisation when it comes to staff rostering, I would of thought their should be at least 2 workers. Apart from that staff seem friendly and helpful.

Shocking service sat at drivethrough for 10 mins no communication drove to window still no communication so left and went to another servo

The numerous times that I have gone here to get a hotdog only once did they have them in stock. Please fix this issue because it is just becoming a joke and I do like OTRs hotdogs

We have baught hot dogs from here on 2 occasions now & on both occasions we were both vomiting within an hour of eating them.
We have also baught the same things from OTR The Bend & have had no problems.

Very disappointed in this OTR for a 24hour servo they don't seem to keep a good stock of hotdogs always run out. Now they turn off the machine at night time to "clean it". No one in shop and staff just doing nothing about it. Very disappointed.

I went into the otr at swanport rd Murray bridge earlier today with a mask on and 3 people did NOT have masks on in-store then I walked in an hour later and I got turned away because I did not have a mask

Sadly doesn't have a fast food outlet like Hungry jacks as other OTR stores have. Bad decision basically.

Moe's dogs are worth it. If you don't have time to stop or don't want to take the little ones out of the car, this place has a drive thru where you can get anything you need.
