Fantastic to see some great investment happening in Mount Gambier East. I am very happy with Krispy Kremes.
Staff appear to have very basic understanding of coffee/hot drinks and milk frothing resulting in some awful hot drinks (flat, over frothed or under streamed, not circulated well and not monitoring temp). Last two times I've been my order was taken incorrectly. Inability to multi task results in long waits for coffee (20 minute wait with only 2 drinks ahead of my order). Much better quality and service at night with hot drinks however food not available late.
I like the convenience of fresh fruit and carrot available and the fuel is sometimes competitive to other places but it's no longer my first choice to stop at. Store is clean.
I like having a 24hr place in town and hope the management uses criticism to better develop the store and staff.
Stopped in twice since it opened for fuel. Both times I went to clean my windscreen only to discover inch deep brown dirty water in the both buckets I checked. Not keen to strike out on three. Won't be back.
Staff need thorough training with coffee/milk steaming and cooking food. Have ordered hot drinks several times and they have been terrible. Would like to see more vegan options for food. I like the convenience of a 24hr station but the quality could definitely improve.
