Disgusting dirty store, weak cold coffee, will not ever go here again, disappointing as most OTR are quite good.

I had wok in a box always delicious. Other had HJ as usual always very busy but the staff seem to manage very well

Getting coffee this morning was full on! And the cashier was amazing, he had total control of the whole situation and let my wife order before this other customer pushed in and the cashier said I’m not going to serve you the lady was before you.
Total control! Thank you! He deserves a pat on the back!

Not RV friendly.no where to park, unless you park in the middle of the truck yard.
Dirty toilets & seems to be a shortage on loo paper too. Surprisingly for such a big stop station, there are only 2 cubicles for the ladies toilets. So expect line ups!
The floor throughout the whole store was disgusting.

Never had any issues with NIGHT staff, and in defence of staff member with the review by mr Singh about not parking at pumps the staff was well within the rights to ask for you to not to park there, doesn’t matter what time it was, if four trucks could have come in at same time someone will be wanting to refuel but has to wait because you want a coffee, don’t play the racism card, as I’m sure staff would have told anyone to move as it’s not ok to hold up the pump lanes, they are for people wanting to refuel. Being held up by someone who has only stopped in the lane for a shower, food or coffee is happening way to many times! So mr Singh don’t USE THE PUMPS AS A PARKING BAY and go away with the racism card!

The OTR is good and has friendly staff.
Hungry Jacks closes at 9pm which is a bit early I think.
Lots of parking space and even has Tesla recharge stations.

Thilthfy, disgusting servo. Food all over the floor, bins overflowing out onto the floor. Staff busy looking at mobile phones. Never to return! And the coffee, terrible.

The place is filthy. Every dining table dirty, toilet’s disgusting, filthy. Will never stop there again!

The toilet at the Burmese passport office had no door on it, no toilet paper, and was essentially a hole in the floor to sh! T in… it was still cleaner and more hygienic than the toilets at ANY otr I’ve been to. Disgraceful. Sickening. Shameful.

Absolutely shambles this place. I've been 4 times in the last 10 days and everytime it's chaos.
1 Staff member working And the line is out to the door. When they finally open a second register they allow everyone from the back of the line to push in and then tell me I have to get to the back of that line as I can only use my motorpass on the til they've just opened up.

You need more staff here and train them properly.

Massive service station with a high traffic flow, yet only two women’s toilet cubicles. Inadequate space in walkways to observe social distancing with the long queues and high foot traffic.

The staff were slow and surley. Onlly 1 cash register open despite people being qued out the door. Toilets were absolutely filthy, looked as though they hadn't been cleaned for a week and no toilet paper. Give it a miss go to the BP in Tailem Bend.

Went there Saturday morning. It was absolutely disgusting. Toilets weren’t cleaned at all. The toilet floor had urine all over it. No toilet paper. And what made it worse was my daughter got bloody food poisoning from hungry jacks. Their food was poorly made. My burger was slapped together with no effort in making it. Their fries were stale. Won’t ever be going back there again. Worse OTR I’ve ever seen.

One person taking coffee orders, and the same person also making the coffee! I tried to wait in the cue twice and gave up. Get some staff during busy periods!

Stopped here a few years ago for Breakfast on the way to Melbourne. Excellent facilities and plenty of options. In a convenient and easy to access location.

Edit: Stopped here again for breakfast last month (end of August) on another trip to Victoria. Staff were friendly and helpful and there were still plenty of options available for travellers, and of course in a convenient and accessible location for travellers.

Absolutely disgraceful service station, with one attendant serving for a place this size is ridiculous. Waited in line 15 minutes just to pay for fuel.

Only go here if you have half an hour to waste, which I didn't.

Never get my order right this is the second time, I ordered ice matcha latte, every single time they dont even know thats in the menu, staff was very rude when i tell them they got my order wrong. They give gave me a regular latte

I will never buy fuel here again Let alone stop anywhere near this hive of filthiness extremely poor hygiene throughout the whole complex, stop at 900pm left at 700am and DID not change. Extremely concerning an outlet can become that disgusting, with minimum care or any further progression tidiness!
