Apart from petrol being alot more then it should be the staff are great here and the variety of foods is great for a servo

This OTR has the most exceptional people working there. I know most of the people by name and find it easy to get everything done. Can't praise the people enough.

If you're hungry, don't go to a service station late at night just as you wouldn't visit Macca's if you needed fuel.

Some waiting as others were served first. Staff friendly, place mostly clean, spider webs a bit off putting. Main problem was the soda machine out of flavoring but eas not offered a different choice of drink

Definitely avoid in the afternoon unless you want an order from the Moes section refused.
Lynette refused to serve any of the Moes products whilst there was no other customers in the store and upon checking that yes she has the stock she still refuses and is very rude and condescending.i thought it was 24 hours but clearly when Lynnette can be bothered.

Don't waste your money on the car wash. It is a rip-off, does not clean properly. I won't be going back

Very slow service asked for a hot dog and thickshake almost took 15mins to make got a lot of sauce and a little bit of mustard when I asked for a little bit of both and got a milkshake instead of thickshake. Ps I only get 30mins for lunch

Good store here and a subway. Careful when coming out of driveway as entrance to hotel is right next to exit.

Coffees always ready on time when ordered via the OTR app. Quality of coffees has slipped noticeably in the past year. Not sure if it is change of ingredients or baristas.

Came into store today wanting to buy lotto and lunch after waiting nearly 5 minutes to be served finally a young girl came from the subway side. I asked her for my lotto which she was unable to do, then I was asked please come down the other end to be served by the man off the name off Ryan. I said how it was poor customer service not just to had wait for service but to beckon like a dog to him near the ciggarettes. As i told him how poor form he had. No appologys. And forgot my order, at this point I asked the subway girl to get the manager which she did and as I was explaining what happens rude Ryan interrupts again. I did get an appology from the manager but not rude Ryan. Was enough to put me off my food and not return to what was my local.

A good set of staff. Remember your otr app and order your coffee and subway early. Good businesses are always busy.

No staff! Just wanna pay for petrol, but to busy making coffee is this a coffee shop or petrol station! Most otrs the same

Good place and good food but bad service from one particular older blond woman that has always been rude to my sister, myself and others

Informed attendant that pump number four ran on after hanging up the nozzle. If next time I come it or any of the other pumps do so I will have no other choice than to report it.

Legit got a vanilla slice that was discoloured and hard on the outsides wouldn't go back caltex can have my money.

If you love "toasted" subs cold then please by all means come to this subway because I'm 100% certain 'cate' will do this for you undoubtedly, apart from this her lack of enthusiasm for her job and her not being friendly at all were just the usual thing for this subway.
