8Poor service from the team member working there. Overcharged me for one donut ended up paying for 4. Was given a refund with her saying it will be refunded to me within 24 hours In a rude manner. 3 days later it was sent to me? Not going back. Tried to send feedback online to get in contact but no response.
Happy Wash, scratched my paintwork, during a faulty, 2 time failure, mud marks, inside and outside, OTR couldn't care less. No contact from otr, and now there ghosting me
Need two operators, poor guys are run ragged most times with cue out doors tonight and long waiting times
I went there on Friday and they had made no hotdogs and they said they’ll be ready in two hours so I go back two hours and that’s like a 20 minute walk for me and then she said they’ll be ready in two hours yet so I don’t bother going again, so go the next day and it’s the same they don’t have any hotdogs Plus another time I went. I got a Krispy Kreme doughnut and I gave for Indian lady. I five dollar note and she owed me $2.75 change, but I only got $1.75 change plus vest so rude and don’t know what they’re doing so don’t go to OTR
Easy to get to, plenty of pump with all the petrol types. Recently partially refurbished. Easy with OTR app.
This OTR is charging twice from customers, after a month they saying its not their problems and they can not refound the mony.
Because of that I had to put one day to fix it and the manager is saying i don't care, what kind of customer service they provide?

I've never written negative reviews before, but man this place deserves it. Waited literally about 5 mins at the pump but the guy there never turned mine on (turned on other's though). I gave up waiting and went inside to buy some other stuff and bring it to the guy's attention that he forgot to turn on my pump (I assumed it was an honest mistake at this point), and when he finally reaches me in queue (he was slow too) he says 'can I serve someone who got fuel please' and pointed to the person behind me. Yes, he never turned on my fuel, and for that he blatantly ignored me. No explanation, no apology, no 'just a minute, sorry'.
And no, I never said or acted in any aggressive or impolite way, even after that. I simply put the stuff I was going to buy back and walked out. This was 20 May 2022, around 8: 30pm.
Don't waste your time, and looking at some other reviews this is clearly not the only time the staff on site had no shame.
I just sent my little girl in to get me 2 little packs of $2 or so throat losengers because I am unwell. She took in a $20 note and only got back $3-$4 change. I chose not to get out the car and challenge it as I was in my pjs and sick. Most disappointed and feel my kid was taken advantage of. Thanks a lot for charging me about $16 for about $4 bucks of losengers!
