Location great.
Operation time is even better.
Coffee is quite nice for a petrol station. No disappointed.
Efficiency services.
All in all, it is a handy place which has ranges of options for urgent shopping.

Clean with plenty of lanes that had my fuel. The fuel flow was started quickly and the litre cost was amongst the best around.
Service inside was quick, easy and friendly.

Woeful Car Washes, both the manual and automatic car washes leave HUGE spots unwashed on the car, spent over $12 on the manual one and most of the time was spent with high pressure soap and it looks like the car hasn't been washed in months. Don't waste your money here. Never had issues elsewhere with washing.

Hey hats off to all OTR locations, the staff are the Besterest, there's one at the next cnr if U miss one and they have uber fresh food. My local OTR, located at Bridge road Ingle Farm, has a young man on staff who was truly an inspiration. My bike (er, my loser male friends be bike) was stolen, my panic button was off the Richter scale. I was soon wondering in amazement, where do these staff members come from. So if you an OTR employee just know your not lacking any appreciable service. U just might be my next stop.

Oporto 24 hours drive through, arrive @ midnight & closed, like seriously. Maybe change your signs so you not misleading people. I don’t have time to waste. Not happy. Not coming back. Why advertise with a service you can’t provide. Very unprofessional

Used to be good, but lately it has become quite bad. The petrol station gets busy and often have to wait for a while to get served. The oporto staff are one of the worst I've seen at an OTR site. They take too long to prepare food and don't know their coffee types. I tried ordering a double expresso, none of the staff members knew what I was talking about. They are slow, inexperienced, rude and should be re trained or replaced.

Not all staff members are like this though. Some are very helpful and nice. Though I feel like thats only the minority of the workers.

Absolutely love OTR petrol stations, but Mawson Lakes branch is pretty poor in customer service and always long waits. Stuff is not friendly and welcoming except 2-3 people that are doing the great job both with coffee and service (the older lady and young gentleman) in general management needs to be reviewed as it is behind with the service in my area.

This is not a servo anymore! They just want to sell coffee and cigarettes. May not be Interested in selling Fuels
This morning 6.45am no one reset the pump to fuel my work van! There was only one vehicle. After hanging on to the Diesel nozzle at Pump-1 for about 5min then walked inside and told the guys to reset the pump still no use. They were busy in making coffee busy. I just drive out without fueling. What a waste of time.

The Happy Wash Vacuum didn’t work properly and I tried both machines using $ 4 and was not working well. I think the system is choked and doesn’t vacuum well at all. So before you put money in be careful as you will wasting money and time both here.

Nothing like paying for a car wash only for the machine to take a chunk out of your paint and leaving scratches all over your boot. It has wrecked the entire back door of my boot, there is no polite way of describing how I feel about this damage to my 3 yo car so I won't even bother. I think you can imagine.

Absolutely terrible service from staff, not friendly or welcoming.
I come in to pay for fuel and handed them a $50 and the female who served me tried to rip it to see if it was fake. Such rood service, I would of been happier getting served by someone else. You have lost a customer for sure and I don't recommend anyone coming here if they think will get friendly service

This review is on behalf of my partner.tonight he ordered a double burger and the fillets were burned so bad it looked like charcoal (even though he asked for fresh fillets upon placing the order and clearly asked them not to burn them). It's not the first time it's happened. Waiting times are ridiculous, even when they're not too busy. Won't be returning to this store again.

Not good customer service at all staff busy in talking to each other on 1/6/19 at 6: 58 pm we went to have oporto I waited there on front counter almost 7 min my wife said hello to call a guy twice but he was busy in his talk with other staff inside oporto almost 2 customer left without buying and he was still not care about business must be useless guy
If manager reading this receive please check footage on above timing and you will know how e responsible the staff are
