Excellent serves the staff was very friendly and I will go there again and the Moe's hot dogs was so yummy

So slow, staff instead of sitting in the office or packing shelves should serve the clients in the shop

Hmmm. Times have changed. The convenience of a 24/7 open store, has become one of the most inconveniences in Mannum.
It also appears the night service window only applies to customers they don't trust, selected others are allowed in the store.

Jacob is a rude worker and does not know how to cook a hotdog, he slams our food on the counter and always rolls his eyes at customers because hes lazy and cant be bothered doing his job.if you dont want to work dont then go on centrelink god

Clean and open 24/7 with a happy wash, but terrible coffee! Being a Mannum local this is where I fill up regularly, fuel prices are always reasonable and understandable. Don’t get coffee here it’s not worth it, it’s just too hit and miss with their quality. There is always a good selection of last minute items that you need to get on the fly, just be ready to pay a bit extra than you normally would.
The staff here are good and bad. Most of the crew here are great and always friendly, but it a possible to come across staff that really don’t care about what they do.
Overall the best thing about this OTR is the clean layout and access to the happy wash.

I used the OTR app for a saving on my fuel. The rude lady with longer hair & glasses at the checkout refused to apply my 20c per litre saving on the app, claiming 10% is all they are allowed to apply. After reading the many complaints about this store & staff I am not surprised. Much better service at the service satiation down the road.

This OTR has some of the worst employees, i went there last night and got constantly yelled at as soon as i walked up to the counter to buy my food, she even threatened to call the police on me but she did not give a clear reason as to why, stay off the junk.

Gotta wait for ya food to be heated on order, your lucky if it's heated all the way, or it's just completely burnt.

Worst case of "price gouging" I have seen. Petrol and diesel is 20 cents more expensive than places like Walker Flats (50km further inland) This place is a terrible example of "we don't care". Young staff are nice, older staff are all rude and slow!

Quite simply the worst service station in all of South Australia.

Steer clear of this this place at all costs - they are not the only servo in Mannum, go elsewhere.

I was denied hot water to warm up my baby’s milk bottle. I had my plastic cup to pour the water in. I was told they can’t give me hot water as I might if I pour hot water on someone by mistake they would be responsible for it. Really? I felt bad as a mum that I forgot to pack hot water for baby. I even asked them I could do it in front of you but nooo. The short lady with glasses who called herself manager denied. She would not even come in front and talk to me but tell her subordinates to say, manager is saying no we can’t give you hot water.

Dropped in at the BP in Mannum this morning but about 7: 30 looks like a lot of trades are they're in the morning to get there coffee 6 people were there thisas I sat out the front and have a bit of a look none of them war mask or checked in and the counter staff said nothing but the one I was behind did call him by his first name I have photos of all their registration plates if there is an outbreak$1,000 to each person and I think 5000 for the business very bad form won't be going there again and will be telling everybody about it

Huge shout out to the fabulous staff at OTR Mannum who rescued me this evening.yes I locked my keys phone and wallet in my car.which sent me into a tail spin.
The young lady on duty was amazing she calmed me down and offered assistance by allowing me to use the phone to make the necessary calls.

Also suggesting I might like to wait in side gir the RAA.which actually wasn't too long.so a huge thankyou.

Is this the rudest OTR in Australia 3 olderly women in there clearly hate there job. Asked for 12 pies at 4.95 each told to try IGA if i was there boss I'd sack them on the spot. Please don't go to OTR if you want to be turned away or spoken to rudely.
People in customer service should at least of some skill. Anyway i went to IGA and a local bakery spent 150 bucks on pies drinks and donuts. Thank you the other places for your kind service.otr service is disgusting.

Older taller lady with glasses, shoulder length brown hair, is by far the rudest person I have ever been served by. This has been the case several times I've been served by her. Get rid of her.

Very disappointed with this service station. Their petrol prices are 10 cents per litre dearer than anywhere else. Completely ripping people off in this lovely town of Mannum SA. The service is terrible and they are incredibly rude. Will never be going there again.

Staff clearly hate their job and the way they treat customers is unbelievable. The staff even argue between each other infront of customers! Worst customer service I have ever seen. The worst woman for it has worked there for years so OTR clearly don't care.

I always use them to buy cartons of smokes arranged with staff pick up a carton every Tuesday they got it right 2 out of the last 6 weeks last straw today went in Tuesday order not arrived come in Wednesday went in 11am order not arrived come back later went back 7.00pm searching the new stock not here check the computer sorry not ordered had enough went to IGA off the shelf same price I always thought Smokemart was cheaper not any more beaten by the local IGA

I had the BEST toasted ham and cheese sandwich from there this morning. I don't know what they do differently from your other stores but it was sensational. They need to spread the word to the other stores but especially the OTR at Murray Bridge Eastside. Theirs are very dry and pretty much inedible. THANKS OTR Mannum
