12Whenever I go to on the run all the team members are always so dirty. I am germaphobe and after seeing the people working there I never drink anything handmade. But the other day when I came in the young lad named Pakush who served me was very neat and clean and has made the best coffee I ever had.
Disrespectful customer service by the lady with haircut. When I entered she was serving to a white guy and when she was serving me had a terrible slang and no hello and thanks. I think there was the skin difference good on your service. Don’t deserve one star even if there was choice of it.
Made a visit to this OTR on a weekend. Wonderful service given by Ashish. Exemplary customer service. Kudos!
Worst experience ever. Rude, got the orders wrong. This all after waiting in line as got the previous customers pricing wrong. I was still polite, as i understandstand that time can be stressful. I asked what he said after he put through the rest of my order.then told me he didn't say anything.honestly worst service and rude.
I go every Sunday to wash my car in self wash, a few times there has been no soapy water, no other problems, staff are always friendly, but could you please just check the soap, thanks

Worst coffee I've had in my life. The lady working pretty much just grunted at me and others while serving.
Doing a perfectly adequate job of replacing 3 small local business with one megalithic corporate facility. Petrol Station, Snack Bar, Fast Food store and Delicatessen all rolled into one but only employing a quarter the people and shifting all the profits somewhere else. Isn't progress wonderful?
OTR seems to always have the most expensive petrol in SA. With free govt.money $7.0mil in funding grants to build a petrol station out north and low wages for their employees and the price of a barrel of oil US$50 then SA petrol should hover around $1.10 - $1.15 max.
