8Each and every time I go to this store vishal greets me with a smile and he gives good service and is so friendly.
When serving food there is no need to stick your whole hand in the bag and leave finger marks in food. I strongly recommended not buying food from here. 3pm sat. May 20th. You owe me a refund as there was no way I'm going to eat that.
Service this morning was horrible, their normally not to bad but they had no idea what they were doing this morning
Staff is disgustingly rude! Worst OTR! This lady with blond short hair how was attending, was throwing everything I orden to me! Plus shouted at me! WORST SERVICE EVER!
Fuel prices generally cheaper than nearby fuel stations. Parking has been improved recently however the layout of the fuel pumps and parking to access the OTR and GYG drive-through may leave some confused on the rules of right of way.
Friendly customer service, very good location for those who live close and around. I used to live in this area and experienced this myself. Lovely. Have a rating system on store by pressing buttons which is a great and creative idea for the store and the brand’s chains.
Very bad customer service. Have been this place for couple times and the experience provided by a sweet lady was good and efficient. But recently a old man who is the Covid Marshall was really rude to the customers and made us shocking. He refused to get me the earn reward on my OTR App for couple times. First time he complained to me should have show him the App before I made the payment but he didn’t even give me notice before I made the payment which is fine. Second time I showed him the App even before he took the older he even refused to get me any credit for the coffee reward out of no reason. And we all wondering whether he could smile or not.
The worst experience ever. Will never coming back and never recommend to a friend.
