7Got fuel took 10 minutes to pay. Only 1person serving and aline jumper didn't help. Operater had attitude. Hungry jacks was no better. Had no service on counter even after another 10 minutes. Will not be going back to either store. Not happy.
I love going into OTR they have so many things, from petrol to sandwiches doughnuts and great coffee. It's like a mini mart. It's open 24hrs a day, and all the service staff at absolutely wonderfuland no matter what time of the day or night you go there everyone is smiling.
Can you make the straws longer? I know it's an added expense to your industry but the paper straws you give out sink into the Max cup you sell so when the slushy melts the straw disappears, sinks into a bottomless cup. In the intrest of reusing the cup and straw, the straw should be taller than the cup you sell.
OTR has the most expensive fuel in town, very poor service and store music was so loud I couldn't even hear staff. I won't be going back.

While the place is convenient, staff tonight, the 3rd of March 2019 was rather rude. They stocked shelves with the wrong product, when I questioned why the price didn't match up, they checked, admitted it was stocked in the wrong place but proceed to tell me too bad, the price scanned is right. No care that they stuffed up. Go there every Saturday on the way home which will no longer happen. Would rather support a business who cares and with staff who do their job right.
Hungry jacks was sub par. But Krispy Kreme is yummy.and the convenience store is amazing.
