Pranav served me today. He makes the best coffee. He is polite and explained to me where I needed to find things. I hope he serves me again.
Machine wasn’t working properly.

I paid on another machine with same card, and started ignoring me instead of apologise.

Bought a sausage roll and kransky, sausage roll was nice but kransky was left on display that long - the sausage couldn’t even been eaten: way too hard.
Too busy serving coffee to take my fuel money. Stood in line for over 4 minutes just to pay for petrol. And no, I won't be installing their app.
Have separate lines for people that want to get on with life. Until they do, I won't use OTR unless I have no choice.
