Staff member friendly enjoyed 2 violet crumbles $1 each hadn't had one for years.
Straight after purchasing petrol, hot choc and coffee my daughter noticed you could get a Kripsy Kreme for an extra $2. Gave her the money and the teller said no it had to be with the transaction. The girl who was still making my coffee was extremely rude. Telling me people rip them off and they dont have issues like this with people around here, 100% Contradicting herself. Terrible experience.
Some of the staff at Glenunga OTR are really chill. I usually order via the app and when I come in a minute or two after the scheduled time, I expect my order to be done, sometimes this is the case, however most of the time I have to wait an extra 10 minutes to get one or two cups of regular hot chocolate. This can be especially annoying when it is the reason I miss my bus because of the extra time wait. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of time management within the staff.
Another issue which I have found is that the Moes hot dogs used to be awesome, nowadays they are jam packed with mustard, and it’s quite liquified and soggy making the whole hotdog really disgusting to eat. However this case depends on which staff is working.
I am a regular customer at this OTR, so I’d love to see improvement in the upcoming months. Happy to change this review once simple issues like this have been resolved.
Wouldn't make me a coffee because he "had a headache". No water in the bays. Pretty poor bloody service.
A big hat’s off to Andrew; visited OTR Glenunga today around 3pm. The people in line were piling up, orders for hotdogs and coffees were coming in all at once, computers beeping left, right and centre… He just kept his cool, catered to all the customers in an organised and polite manner, completely alone, with no one to help him. Great work Andrew, and thank you for your help!
Re: Moe’s Hotdog & Shake Deal: 2 stars. These hotdogs used to be really really good, cooked bacon, nice cheese, Barossa hotdogs however now they are just full of liquid cheese & sauces and bland bacon uncooked pieces sitting under the sausage. Also specifically asked for Thickshakes and we got 3 milkshakes. It’s like all these new ideas are a time saver technique to reduce staff. Last time I’ll be eating at Moes unless the old edible recipe is restored.
