OTR Glen Osmond

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at OTR Glen Osmond, thanks to Nilay. His quick and attentive assistance made my visit truly enjoyable. Nilay's friendly demeanor and insightful suggestions enhanced the overall experience. Kudos to him for providing top-notch customer service!

Great coffee. Love that the staff member Chris will always have a little chat while I wait for my coffee. Makes for a great experience.

Multiple bad experiences with there overnight staff. Coffee not hot. Argues with customer. I would recommend finding somewhere else

Thamalaka (Also known as T) was an incredibly well mannered, helpful, and kind person that assisted us in a time of need. He went above and beyond his requirements and made sure we were taken care of and helped out. I will definitely return to this OTR if they continue to employee this gentleman!

I love coming to this store. The staff are always so friendly and the quality is always a high standard. My favourite OTR.

Not happy at all. The coffee wasn’t done properly first time, after few months later I thought I would give them another go. This time I got myself a chicken pie, it was horrible! …. Out side of the pie was so hot you barely could touch it and eventually when I got near the center it was cold ice. That was terrible. Won’t go there again.

This OTR would have to be the worst I’ve been to. Staff were clearly incompetent and couldn’t get my order right. I order 3 x dog and shake. 2 with cheese and sauce, and the other with cheese and mustard. All three shakes to be chocolate. The girl only did 2 hot dogs, then said there was no cheese. Then I was told the machine to make milkshakes was broken and they’d need to refund me for the cost of those and to go to hungry jacks to get a milkshake. Then they found the cheese sauce. I go to HJ’s only to be told their machine was broken! WTAF! Maybe they need to visit the Aldinga OTR as that place is a well oiled machinery.

One of my favourite OTR stores to shop by. Young gentleman Thamalaka is surely my favourite team member. Always with a bright smile. Very kind and friendly. Exceptional customer service. Not to forget his great coffee as well. Keep up the good work. Ta.

Sales person in Store are so lazy. I asked them for normal temperature water bottle on 12/11/2022 7: 52am they were looking on faces of each other.

Ridiculous

I love the fact that OTR has a great range of healthy breakfast options. I love the Bircher Muesli and fresh juice. Who would have thought?

Clean, tidy. Clean toilets. Unfortunately they didn't provide lactose free bottled iced coffee even though other OTR stores do.

Friendly staff that will go out of their way to help you especially right now when instructing people on the new system of QR codes. That made for a longwinded, stressful afternoon but it will be worth it.

I used to work here and I've been here as a customer since and to other OnTheRun's - my best friend now works in a OnTheRun and although laws have changed over the years so that working there isn't as bad as it was when I was there, it's still terrible treatment and half of what they do is 'technically illegal, except loopholes'. Disgusting establishment - working at this particular store was a living nightmare!

Great service by Chris and james. Two gingers they are friendly, great service always have a laugh when the boys are on. They are both amazing.

Convinent servo has everything u need in 1 place, fuel always more expensive but that's OTR for u.

Good range of groceries and take away food as well as the attached Hungry Jacks. Parking is easy and location is good. They also have an ATM (comm bank) which is handy.
