7Just came to get fuel around 8pm Friday 27 February and decided I wanted to get subway as well. Young lady at sandwich counter was just finishing roll put sauce and wrapping for another customer. But the 2 were in a very protracted personal conversation. I waited for almost 10 minutes. And gave up. So much for customer service.
Always stop in for a cold coffee with my friend as we always love their cold coffees as mine never not once are stronger when you go somewhere else for cold coffees
As I always love their homemade iced coffee even their iced lattes too
As all the staff are really nice and kind and polite whenever we drive through
As for Janine she's a lovely lady as she always has a smile on her face whenever I come through with my friend
Went through this morning to grab a medium latte and I couldn't finish it. The coffee was burned and the milk tasted sour. I can't be bothered calling the store. The lady's mannerism were poor and cbf dealing with that again.
It was my regular place for coffee until this morning but not anymore. I asked for a hot drink to my kids which was made too hot and my kids didn’t like it. I asked for a spare empty coffee cup (without lid) for my child and she charged me $1. It was so funny for me, it probably costs 0.10cents but when I bought so many things and a regular customer. It is such a small thing, but still Why $1? For small empty cup for a child? I felt pathetic customer service few times from this OTR. Some girls are horrible in customer service. But I am a big fan of other OTR elsewhere. I may end up going to this place but I love the other OTR’s
So so so slow! Needs more staff on. Don't stop here if in hurry
Went to the drive thru today and was made the most amazing coffee! They actually listen to what I wanted and got it right. I had a Latte with a quarter shot of coffee, as I don't like it strong. Thank you to the girl making the coffees, sorry didn't get her name! A+
