Wouldn't give me cash out enless i bought a bag for a service they operate also was pointing at the happy wash instead of the wash bay which would be fine if it was for a motorbike, when you make one that does let me know

Eli is a awesome person very respectful and loves a chat I come here everyday for a hot chocolate coz he makes them the best

Staff very helpful little disappointed my Moe's was delicious but barley warm. Coffee same. Perhaps the cold weather doesn't help. But do like food and drinks hot. Otherwise ok.

Great service tonight. Spot on.one lady working the coffee machine and hot dog station, under staffed but ran it like a bloody champ! Didn't get her name, but pass on the thanks OTR

Bought some tobacco after work, in a huge rush to get things done - come home and see it's not the one i asked for, no answer from the store either.not happy as this one was way more expensive than what i had asked for:/ good on you indians, can't even read properly?

The guys at OTR Darlington are absolute ledgends. Always ready with a hot coffee and a smile and a chat (if they aren't too busy). Eli and his crew always provide stellar service

Terrible experience, rude customer service, short old lady working at moes threw tantrum because partner asked for more than 1 hotdog, continued to throw hotdogs and squish them as she was making them as she was unhappy and then shoved them at my partner and walked off.usually staff are fairly friendly but this occurrence was disheartening.

Man claims wearing a mask has been mandatory for 2 years when SA only had the rule introduced in July 2020. Wants to see mask exemption but won't let you walk in to show him. How can you walk in wearing one when you are exempt and don't own one.

The older male working at 10.30pm on Wed 10th of November, after I had checked in and shown my medical exemption. Asked me to leave the service station and swore at me. As a person with a disability this conduct is not okay. This is extremely poor customer service as I did everything I am meant to.

I feel sorrow for the owner of this service station and the man behind the counter as his behaviour could have cause severe psychological damage to myself or others.

For now I will just visit another service station.

Acusing me of lieing, and telling me to F%$# off.

This review refers to the C Coffee as below

Lactose Free flat white and Chai Latte, pickup, ordered using the OTR app

we were upgraded to maxi size as there was a problem with the order being received and it wasn't ready when we arrived to collect it

do not buy the large or maxi coffees, the medium is better, more flavorsome

the large and maxis are very watery and bland, very poor coffee

and the barista needs to stop filling the cups to full causing it to overflow and thus leaking into your car and all over you when you try to drink it

OTR need to work harder on their coffee, when they got C Coffee on board many years ago it was the best, but then they have slowly over time changed beans, and quality has dropped

My rating refers to their car wash only. It is either the automated car wash or the vacuum cleaner that is not working and out of order, most of the times. The automated car wash has options of using shampoo, wheels, drying.etc, but they all quite the same, the only difference is the price! The automated car wash is not drying at all, it leaves all the soapy bubbles on the windows, roof and bonnet. This should be fixed or just don’t operate the car wash

Only for Vacuum service. Not very user friendly: poorly lit environment, wouldn't accept $2 coins, gave up.
