Went in on way to wch to get drinks fuel food was stared at like a thief Tried to get Krispy Kreme and the red headed guy told me a 4 pm of assorted have to be 2 original glazed I asked since when he screamed in my face since forever didn’t give us doughnuts slammed them threw tongs refused to refund us for items he refused to give us most disrespectful encounter I’ve ever had

Wasn't as bad as the reviews. Decent staff, the store had all the essentials. Can't complain

Worst OTR that I've ever been to. Shelves are always half empty and half the time there are no hotdogs.
The last time I tried to get a hotdog i was told "they have finished". So i asked what "finished" means and the new employee could not explain what that meant. Obviously they had not done their job an made sure there were hotdogs to sell or they just couldn't be bothered making it because they were more interested in chatting on their phone.

And then there is management at head office.still waiting for them to call me back regarding another employee (ek ulloo ka patha) that likes to insult customers when he thinks they're not looking.

No hotdogs anytime I go in or they are to busy to make. Legit had $4 left wanted something to eat and they act rude.

OTR said they they're OPEN 24 HOURS. But they're NOT! The door was closed and the attendant wasn't going to open the door. I think that it is terrible that an older is expected to wait in the rain at the night window without any protection. I asked for a classic
Strawberry and was told he didn't have be any, I asked for scratchies and he didn't have any.i doubt it very much.i just think he didn't want to walk over to the fridge to get it. Bad Service. And bad Manners

Honestly the worst place ever… I have been asking for a Moe’s milkshake for over a year now and they tell me the machine is broken every single time… the worker told me that the machine only makes about 1-2 milkshakes a day before it breaks down… how can a company with so much money take over a year to replace the milkshake machine… keep in mind they have big advertising signs for a Dog & Shake all over the shop. The worker also said they just don’t really care about fixing it… I could seriously go tomorrow and have them tell me the same thing… please fix this issue I’ve been waiting over a year just to get my milkshake.

Visited site around 9: 00pm on 18/04/2023 Tuesday and place my order via drive thru for a bread and a milk but team member refused me saying that it is not allowed to leave the counter as he is working alone and told me to come inside very rudely.

Really disappointed with the service

Predictably efficient, coffee machine can slow service but it is normally going to an exhausted tradie or driver so I don't mind the wait. Surprisingly well stocked. Very convenient service with a premium price that can be lowered if you buy their specials.

Nice and clean When in their to buy Pepsi Max The ones that sit outside in the hot day Got home And one exploded you need to build a cover for them

Helpful staff during hard times. During the 3 day COVID lockdown, I visited this OTR (mask on) to buy 4 bags of ice. The lad behind the counter saw how much I was struggling and assisted with bringing 3 out of the 4 bags right to my car. All within social distancing requirements of course. Still, with everything going on, he could've just as well stayed put behind the counter keeping maximum distance. I definitely appreciated and valued the help.

Fairly standard for an On The Run Petrol Station. The store was clean and the staff were prompt.

Great coffee, overall friendly staff and there's a drive thru making it great for anything you need literally whilst on the run haha - drive thru is a little tight for the bigger cars though so go carefully

My regular servo for milk, smokes, petrol. Prices are high but they have some bargains too. I just wish they would clean the floor and the tables in subway and hungry Jack's more often as it let's the place down, the staff are always great being my local I'm there daily so I can't knock it much but $10 for things that cost $4 at other places is bad. I won't even start on the petrol prices over the long weekend but all places do that
