OTR Clovelly Park

Filled up half a tank of 98. Car idles very badly now. Have engine lights come on many times every day. Fuel is too lean (ie not 98ron) keep getting cylinder misfires too. Fuel is not 98ron and probably contaminated too.

Absolutely love this OTR, staff although some are still in training, are always so helpful and friendly, even smiling at 3am! And on a few occasions when I've been caught short a few dollars for milk and bread etc.they said it was ok and let me pay them the I had the money next! I mean nobody does that anymore, no one cares anymore well so I thought anyway.thankyou staff at OTR and 'snap' matching motorbike helmets with the man who own the aprilia.not sure if u work there or not but hey awesome.

Nothing to improve you guys are doing an awesome job, well done!

This is a disgusting OTR, dirty all over the shop, the toilets need updating and a thorough clean. The eating areas around near subway were filthy and shop was freezing. Nearly vomited being here

Today I got served by a staff member that didn’t know how to make a coffee. Twice I asked for a long black with milk. First I got a tiny bit of coffee in the bottom of the cup, and the second time I was served a cold coffee. Clearly this person had never drank/made a coffee in his life. Eventually the other staff member had to step in and make the coffee for me. Thanks to her.

Was popping in to get a coffee and a hot choc for my night shift. One man there by the looks doing it all himself, doing and absolutely amazing job. Hot bevies were great! Great service!

Consistently 10+ minute wait for coffee. Order 15 minutes in advance via the app and twice it hasn't been ready, too much foot traffic and not enough staff. Was buying coffee here everyday but now no more

What a stuff up this morning when our mate order stuff and it wasn't the right stuff then it was corrected the only item they got right was the smokes after correcting the first lot.

Went here last night and thought this was a bloody joke but the attendant asked us if we wanted full cream in our farmers union ice coffee then he went to give us 2x normal milk so he then went to give us ice coffee strong but in the end we got our two farmers unions and a Grande coffee instead of a regular as requested well you have lost a customer

Bloody disgusted I was a big fan of OTR. But after recent experiences at several stores including this one there is a fair chance Il never use it service's again rude attendants and not able to follow simple instructions or not knowing how to use the technology that they are meant to be trained in sorry OTR

9: 10am Ordered single takeaway for 9: 25 pickup
9: 26 arrived. Was told would check on status
9: 32 grabbed attn of attendant. Who went and found coffee sitting out the side.
I asked “how long has this been sitting there? ”
He said “a little while. But no worries “
At least he was smiling?
It’s 2023. Get with the game plan people.

No staff, selling more coffee than fuel. Waiting in line to buy a drink for 10 minutes, pretty poor

Ridiculous only just opened few days ago rang to see how much the petrol is because we only live down the road and wanted to support but wanted to check first and was rudely told she can’t tell me that and that I can get up and check myself. So pathetic if this is any indication we will go elsewhere and support the other petrol station down the road
