OTR Christies Beach on Beach Road

I went there on Thursday and as soon as I walked in I could smell the rench of the place it smelt like someone had a diarrhoea explosion! I went to the slurpie machine to fill up my cup and it wasn’t working so I got a soda, I was at the check out and the staff was really rude don’t go!

The food and drinks are great the staff are kind U just need a bit more staff working there to help

Most times the coffee is very good the cakes are tasty the pie pasty the pastry are short crust not flakey which is will Drie out quickly

You can expect the absolute slowest customer service from the grumpiest staff imaginable at this servo. If the look on their face doesn't show how annoyed they are to actually be having to do their job, then it will definitely be the rude and abrupt attitude you receive while they serve you that will be the dead giveaway. I highly recommend going to any of the other 5 servos that are in close proximity instead!

It's an OTR, not really the best or the worst station as it aims for right in the middle of the road. Always a hit or miss depending on a variety of factors. One time I was at the pump during the daytime and it took 10 minutes for someone to authorize it before I could fuel up. But at a different time it took 10 seconds so again it is a hit or a miss.

Fuel prices here tend to lean on the more expensive side, but there is times where it is cheaper than most around here. Final note to make in this review is that the driveway in and out of this place is poorly designed, so be careful and take precaution as you leave. This will help with getting out of the place without an accident.

I’ve shopped at this OTR for several months but today when I went in to buy a pad and some gas I was faced with standing there while the attendant checked whether or not my $100 dollar bill was fake or not. I’ve seen this employee on multiple occasions yet he has to check whether I’m using fraudulent money. I felt incredibly embarrassed and discriminated against for simply being black.

This place is the best. For those finding it dangerous to exit, if you stop before the footpath you have a clear view of traffic both ways.

A customer brought his pet bird into the store and a staff member asked to hold the bird which she did right in a food preparation area in the Subway section.

The serious issue is exiting the premises is dangerous due to no visibility from parking at right of exit blocking view of incoming traffic. Store is clean. Service was poor and slow.

Great service. They have deals all the time to save a few dollars.
Their Bread is excellent, fresh and yummy.
Coffee is really good to.
I love the fresh OHJ orange juice

I waited for more than 5 minutes to get served in the convenience side of the store while the Attendant talked to his friends and while he was slowly heating up their hot cross buns on the Subway side. I'm not surprised, I always get terrible service at most OTRs.

I really use to like OTR bread but every time I buy it now it is already stale. Even when I ask if it is fresh, it clearly is not.

Very disappointing.
