OTR Ceduna reviews
14Hi Amrit here, I visit your store last night 30/10/23 around 01am, nice coffee, good customer service by one of your staff Mr, Latif.
Never stop this servo at night, i asked the guy very gently to make a coffee but he told me that you don’t need coffee after that he made I took the coffee with me that coffee was very bad when next time I stopped and told about very rude with that same guy. My request to the management please take a strict action.
Very bad service by the guy at night.
We are really hungry he didn’t serve us well. Very disappointed
Really disappointed with the rude manner of the man serving at Hungry Jack's morning of Tuesday 20 December. Just because you are busy does not mean you need to be rude. Everytime we come through Ceduna we stop here and this is the first time we have come across this attitude. Perhaps he got out of the wrong side of the bed.
It's a bit of a confusing road house, has a many options for food I.e. Chains such as Krispy Kreme, hungry Jackson, hot dogs. But the whole carpark area was filthy and needs a big clean up of all the rubbish and junk that is lying around. They also are not accepting bp rewards despite having bp signs all around the place
Good standards of modern service station with large choice of food, drinks (including franchises) and convenience store
Seriously, best coffee!
Unparalled customer service by the lad who was on-duty on Mar. 3,2022 around 5: 30-6: 00am. I ordered my coffee online (OTR app) but it was registered in a different location; we tried to change pickup details to OTR Ceduna, but to no avail. But the lad just then prepared my coffee; I only paid for the fuel and covid RAT kits.
For others, it's just a coffee, but for me, it's my morning - actually, my day! Thank you dear staff for making my day!
Amongst all of the OTRs - all of which are filthy and poorly maintained, this one is possibly the worst. An absolute disgrace.
OTR under new management now, Michelle went above and beyond to help me with some issues
Showers and toilets are clean and tidy now as well. Good stuff
The lady and lad who’s always there honestly makes the best coffee in town! Never thought a stop-over spot would make such amazing coffee. Always friendly, efficient and lovely. Staying in town for a few weeks and I would go to the OTR for coffee instead of the cafes in town.
Waited at hjs for 5 minutes before I decided to order my coffee at otr then went back to hjs for another 5 minutes before asking otr staff if they were actually open he said yes and looked around for any hjs staff but couldn't see anyone.
Finally as I'm leaving a young girl with purple hair appears at the counter but I no longer have time left to wait.
Best to avoid the place completely as the facilities are always disgusting and services are not poor at best in 4 years driving nothing has changed and not once have I seen the toilets clean.
If you pass by to WA which I did must have the Coffee here helps for your driving and best one
Was so much better when Greg ran this before OTR took over. The truck drivers amenities are a disgrace. Does anyone know how to properly clean. I'd be happy to pay for clean facilities, their facilities are filthy and a disgrace.
All day meals not available at 7pm, general hot food not available no coffee, staff there did not know if any where else sold food.hotel has not been renovated since the 70s if hadn't just driven 9 hours wouldn't be here
