For one you’re not allowed inside past a certain time. Real good for those night shift workers who finally want to eat something. Cause ordering food from a window is what we want to do at 3-4am.

Today I stopped to buy an energy drinks which has a price tag of $2.99 and they charged me $4.19. Despite showing the price tag to the staff, they refused to get me the refund, following a lame excuse that system has been updated and they can't do anything. I only decided to buy it after considering the price on the price tag, else I would have bought something else. Usually anywhere in Australia in this situation they override the price as it is not customer fault and refund the money but they refused. Not a good example of customer service and completely an example of dishonesty. It's not a matter of $1.19 I had to pay extra but it's a matter that other Could face the same situation. If you update anything you should notify the store to change the prices.

Today I had an unfortunate encounter with an employee called ROBIN at the counter who left me deeply disappointed. The individual in question displayed a shocking level of rudeness and unpleasant behavior towards me, the customer. Their actions were completely uncalled for and highly unprofessional.

Really disappointing when you come in for speed and convenience and the only person serving is too busy on FaceTime to serve the 4 people standing in line for over 5 minutes

After waiting 5 minutes with no one present, the attendant at subway - when she deigned to serve me - was clearly put out that I ordered a sandwich, which she then proceeded to make with as much resentment as possible. Apologies for politely asking for a 6 inch sandwich at 9pm. The sub itself looked and tasted like hatred. No issues with the regular counter attendant.

Everyone has their own issues, I only wanted to pay my petrol, a woman was serving a mother and kid, i was there several minutes then a person came and was too close to that mother, i felt bad, then the mother left th servo, and the woman asked this man what do u want in indian or pakistan language! And laughing and I came close and said it's my turn, i am waiting several minutes and she said after him then talk to me Indian! Why u disrespect!? I am not indian or bangladish or sheriLanka or any, I dont understand, then the woman told wiered things (foriegn language) to the man and looked me bad and said ok pay and go. You get paid to respectfuly serve costumers, it's almost new year and people like this, ruins everthing, I ask the Manager to check the video or give me the manager number so I can come and explain it, speaking foriegn language and laughing with some cusomer and looking to other people at the same time at your job isn't good and others feel bad because you are a worker and can go home or pub or anywhere and speak any language with any people and laugh not in a service station, low culture woman.

Worst customer service. Most of the staffs are just talking to each other rather than serving customers! Management should take necessary action and train staffs.

I only use these service stations in an emergency. And was told by your staff the person in the picture that you only take cash after a certain time, this is the second time this person has told me this, I checked with other OTR's and was told that is not the true. So this person must be ripping you off.
