8Very good employees and customer service. Store is also squeaky clean. It's a pleasant place to go at night
Normally a straight forward experience, adequate service, not terribly bad, not amazingly good, what you would expect from this type of retail outlet, except. When the guy who is working insists on greeting every customer with "good morning" this wouldn't be an issue if it were in fact the morning, however he does every time it isn't the morning. This wasn't amusing the first time or the 10th time, and there is a limit to the amount of cringing one can do, before choosing any other place to go and pay too much for convenience items.
Woman with dark hair and glasses working around 8: 30pm 11/04 who was mopping at the time didn't care when I told her that the soap dispenser was empty in the male/female (unisex toilets). She had a bit of an attitude and told me her shift was ending soon so the next person will do it - so basically couldn't be bothered. I told the other person at the front desk if she could change it because the person she was working with wouldn't. They seemed to know it hadn't been changed in a while. I feel bad for the owner paying wages to people who obviously aren't doing their jobs.
More than half of the items that the guy in the front desk gave were wrong. I know its early mate, but pay attention, or at least have the kindness of asking if you didn't understand what I asked for.

Great for late night subway or a snack! Great servo, open all hours, varied selection of food and a happy wash!
Contactable by phone, good customer service, stocks products other stores don't. Would recommend this store.
If you are paying with credit card, watch for double billing (or money being deducted that I don't know about). I reported to the "manager" personally, and to the customer care through "online website" but no proper response. They keep asking more and more details. Henceforth I will use cash on OTRs.
