OTR Berri

My husband and I went to get a milkshake after tea tonight, but when we walked in there was already a huge line up of customers so we decided a strawberry milk from the fridge was a better option. We ended up waiting for 10 minutes to even get served, along with other customers that were also lined up. There were 3 staff on, but only one behind the counter and she was talking to someone that I assumed was her friend while we were waiting that whole time for service.

I love ️ my local OTR, I get majority of the things I need from there, and they always have good specials on and not to expensive, if I dnt wnt to go inside to pay for the fuel, I pay it through my OTR App and I get a discount on it, I mainly use the drive thru as it's more convenient for me.

The workers here are always friendly even when rushed. I came in for a phone charger cable and the man working came out from behind the counter and helped me pick the correct cable for my phone, the extra customer service is really appreciated.

The loaded burger was amazing. Why haven’t I heard about these. Hearty portions, fresh ingredients, made for you in about 5 minutes. Beef patty, bacon, lots of lettuce, onion etc.sorry no photo of the burger I ate it all.

I called in about 4.30 this afternoon for two drinks and a Kransky for a friend, and purchased a pie for myself. I describe the pie as a "two for the price of one deal", being not nly my first food experience at Berri OTR, but also my last. My mate, in all fairness was happy with his Kransky, but I was not at all impressed with the pie. Admittedly, coming from Loxton, I make use of the accessability of prize winning pastries from the Loxton Bakery, but can not remember coming across a pie, like the one sold as food at OTR Berri today, ever. The rim around the pie was hard, so hard I was unable to eat it. I chose to bin the scraps, unwilling too offer them to the dog. An unfortunate incident, that I will make sure has no opportunity to be repeated.

Went into this shop on the arvo of the 5/5/2022 the girl that served me was the happiest and most lovely person i have come across in an otr then went in again next day for breakfast and there she was again made my day thank you. Cheers mal

Called in Saturday night whilst waiting for someone at the hospital. Great range of food and drinks, cheerful and helpful staff, and spotless amenities which was a lovely surprise

Fantastic place, every thing you need. Amazing food, the loaded chicken Burger was the best- chicken, bacon, egg, cheese, onion and mayo. Really good chips too, staff are super friendly, lovely to chat with. Store is clean and well maintained. Stop here every time we come to Berri.

We had some hotdogs with onion spice and sauce and its a banger to eat! We always go there for hotdogs and they taste divine! These hotdogs are way better than supermarket hotdogs. Oh yeah, the fuel prices are ok too.

The drive through option is great. But the staff don't respond to you, waiting waiting waiting beep beep. Understaffed for this service. Disappointing.

I've been to many OTR but this one in Berri would have the slowest staff in the whole state waiting waiting all the time they seem to vanish till a line of people gets longer, there's other petrol stations in the area I'll be using now

This store has a very wide range of products at reasonable prices for a convenience store since it's redevelopment, but service is significantly slower than the previous store. Staff are very friendly, however the shop seems to be regularly understaffed to handle peak trading periods. There is no express payment for fuel, and the multiple points of sale at both ends of the store seem to lead to confusion amongst customers whenever I enter. Drive through wait times regularly exceed 10 minutes, and it is often faster to pop in and out of the small Woolworths down the street.

Very disappointed that the food menus were scrolling, but after deciding on what to have we were told that the kitchen closes at 4pm! However there was no signage saying it was closed after 4.

We were short on time and had to keep ourselves "on the run' during the swift and and efficient encounter with Debbie nothing was to much - she greeted us with a smile and 3 bags of ice (recommend by her since it was a special) otr is okay, but Debbie's servi e makes this review a 6/5 stars

When I ask for something to stir more sugar into my coffee i shouldn't get the response "Theres already sugar in it" not once but twice. I'm allowed to put as much sugar in my coffee as I want.
