Fantastic staff; always so friendly and helpful. Especially Jade! Always a pleasure going here!

Car was washed, there was happy as promised.
At the time of our visit, the site seemed understaffed and those staff that were there seemed flustered and somewhat displeased.

This is a very handy store. Fuels, foods and sundry groceries and treats available. Clean and the staff are polite. My go to 24/7.

As you provide space for the Hungry Jack’s franchise here, you need to take some responsibility for the woeful standard of service at this outlet, as well as the poor quality and often cold food. Also, there have been no sanitisers for over a year, the tables and floor are often dirty and the bins full. It is undoubtedly one of the worst HJ outlets in the state.

Update Dec 30,11.30am: 12 people queued to pay for fuel and buy items yet one person serving. What a shitshow.

As usual with all the OTR's if you want to sell barista coffee have 2 staff manning the counter the wait time to pay for petrol and overpriced drinks is ridiculous

Service (?) with a smile - not. I had to call out a few times to the staff I could hear mucking around out the back to be served. Didn’t get an apology for waiting, no ‘have a nice day’, nothing. Went to the HJ counter, served by an equally recalcitrant girl who thought it was ok to make my daughter’s soft serve cone without using gloves or a napkin to hold the cone. Gross. Poor customer service all round.

Pay at the pump is very convenient. It's just a shame they mainly only give you 2c a litre off, where Coles and Woollies are 4c/8c minimum with their discounts, which you get every time you basically shop there these days. So you have to weigh it up on a full tank. Convenience or Discount? If they gave you a better minimum fuel discount minimum like 6c, then I would not get fuel anywhere else.

Hungry Jacks sucks at this place and they miss my order at times. Easy to get into but hard to exit without nearly colliding with another vehicle

Its ok, could be so much better with good customer service. The staff always look so preoccupied even when serving. The HJ could improve so much.

The brushless car wash is overpriced and ineffective.
"The Wash" is $10.50 and doesn't even include a blow dry, and it also does not remove dried bird droppings. The brush wash at the nearby petrol station is cheaper, and includes a blow dry and gets off dried droppings.
Disappointing.

OTR is handy, but the food from the Hungry Jacks is pretty poor. I far prefer to drive to Darlington or Morphett Vale to get HJs than eat here.

The Hungry Jacks is fast, and the service is impeccable. The staff are always quick and on the ball. The upstairs seating area is a nice addition too, and is clean and open. Great addition to Aberfoyle.

A much-needed addition to Aberfoyle Park. Open 24/7, with a decent Hungry Jacks, and a pretty solid selection of food and drinks in the OTR section. Touch-free automatic carwash works great, along with all the manual carwashes. Find myself popping by this location whenever I am in the 'Foyle.

The Dumbest and incompemt staff ever. What a poor experience, Caltex is 100% better for all there locals!

We ordered Hungry Jacks through menu log (which included a sundae as part of the order) and there was a hand written message on the back of the receipt letting us know that the machine was not working and so they had given us a Hershey pie and 2x drumsticks as a replacement. The note was such a kind gesture and is a great display of what true customer service is and we will definitely visit again because of this. They never left their name on the note, but whoever was on shift on Thursday night (4th Feb) at around 8: 00-8: 30, we just want to say thank you.

Better than the average OTR. This place will hopefully inject a bit of competitiveness into petrol price in the the area. Caltex have had a good run for 30 years.

Place is well laid out and has all the standard OTR conveniences. HJ's restaurant has a big playground and the upstairs area, is probably suited to parties. A few glitches with the self service ordering, which I'm sure will be sorted soon enough.

As with any new establishment, service is getting up to speed. HJ's is slow, but they conscious of it an offered complimentary frozen cokes (without asking) to the kids, which was nice. It will improve with time, but at the moment the speed still has Darlington on a level footing even with the extra distance.

With time this will be default choice for locals needing 24 convenience.
