I felt a little disappointed with my first purchase only because of the blocks were smaller than I’d expected, the quality is beautiful. Simon contacted me to ensure I’d have a great experience with his company. He offered me a fabulous solution (which I had not expected) of another set of blocks. These were posted express to me. As I live in southern WA my fingers were crossed to receive in time for Christmas. They did. Thank you Simon for going out of your way. OWA is my go-to for quality wooden toys. I have been purchasing from them since they opened in 2018 and I can tell you their customer service and attention to detail is outstanding. I love that they offer local pick up for Adelaide based customers - it's always fun to visit the warehouse, chat with the friendly staff and have a sneaky peek at anything we're interested in. They run a great Facebook group (and Instagram account) full of excellent advice and ideas as well as generous competitions. I also love that they use sustainable/recyclable packaging.

Oskar's Wooden Ark have a fantastic selection of wooden toys with boutique service and communication. Their Facebook is equally friendly and helpful. They have been around for several years and I expect they will be around for many more, I highly recommend shopping with them.
