Had a great experience with the company; from initial booking, to courtesy call the day before, to the carpet repair service provided. Chris has a wealth of knowledge and recommended other services that would spruce up our home. Thank you.

Very expensive. Staff told me courier could only leave it on the doorstep as they are not allowed inside. They picked it up from inside and I wasn't warned about this. The rug is too large and heavy for one person to lift. Staff didn't care. I feel their arrangement with courier is not my problem. No thanks to staff at all the couriers kindly brought it in for me. So well done couriers, not so well done staff. Staff was ever so slightly difficult from 1st ph call to book. Didn't improve. Don't recommend at all.
Update: next day staff phoned. I foolishly mentioned couriers kindly carried rug inside. ‘ Now she is going to have to report them’. Unbelievable.

I’m very pleased with the rug wash, my beige rug now looks new again. It was well worth the wait. I will be back, when the time comes for another clean. Thank you

O'shea's done an excellent job cleaning our carpet and rugs. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained how to safely guard our woolen carpet for moth prevention. Our Persian rugs were professionally cleaned in their rug laundry. Highly recommend their services.

The service was domestic spring clean & Jess & Brook were delightful young women, Jess experienced, was so competent & thorough & Brooke (newbie) followed directions happily & was keen to learn. I have high standards & they were met. Thank you Jess & Brooke for lighting up my day (no pun intended from windows being clean) & leaving my unit obviously clean & smelling fresh. We had James come out with a small crew. I was getting my parents house for sale, my elderly parents weren't the greatest cleaners. I really didn't expect the place to come up so clean. The carpet in the loungeroom I thought was a tear up job and the kitchen was really bad. But it came up really good.

Fantastic service. Taylor did and outstanding job turning a very messy house back to clean as can be. She was fast, very thorough, polite and friendly. I couldn't be happier with her work.

Do not use these crooks. I've used there " cleaners " for an end of lease clean and they did such a horrible job I had to pay another cleaner company to come in and do the job properly. They are very unprofessional over the phone and in person. I wouldn't recommend these guys if they paid me 1000 to do so. Avoid and use genuine cleaners who actually care about doing a good job

I live in a western suburb in Adelaide and today I had my home carpets cleaned with a hot water extraction system by Angelo and it was super. I loved the professionality of Angelo's service, he was on time, very attentive and scrupulous in his job. I definitely will use O'Shea's again, and ask for Angelo.

Hi guys, had our carpets cleaned again, like we do every year. We stared out by getting our carpets done just to say they have had a deep clean once a year. The last two years I have had you guys in and will not go anywhere else. Brilliant! We started by trying to save money, then it was about saving the carpet and now we want it to look good as well. You have bought it back to new and we love it. Would like to shout out to your office staff and Qun who came in and did our carpets this year. Good experience dealing with the company, very friendly and helpful. But unfortunately my rug came back damaged and torn quite badly and I had no photos to prove it wasn't like that before. They took no responsibility. Very disappointed!

Loved how Andy cleaned our house. Price was alot for me but so worth paying. Can't wait to use them again.
