The Staff were both professional, friendly and welcoming creating a wonderful overall experience, I would certainly recommend them based on my experience.
Paid for what I tried on and believed I was getting. Was given wrong colour in both and one frame not the right style. Buyer, double check your order before paying. Edit: I was reached out to and got the glasses I originally ordered. Appreciate it being fixed, thank you Ebony

Best customer service I have ever received! Very happy with the service I received by Ebony and Jeremy. The two of them are very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right frames to suit my face shape. I have recommended the store to many of my friends and will return in the future for more pairs

Over the moon with the staff and how friendly and accommodating they are. Had a great time looking through the variety of frames that were available and a very big thank you to Jeremy for all the help and honesty on which frames suit best. That made the experience much more enjoyable!
Really happy with my overall experience at Oscar Wylee Colannades. The optometrist and sales staff were really lovely, they weren't pushy, and the guy who was helping me choose frames was actually honest about what he thought suited me (he actually didn't like my sunglasses selection but I went with them anyway). My glasses only took two weeks to arrive during the Christmas period, and I can take them in anytime for free adjustments. The quality is excellent too.
Definitely recommend if you're on the lookout for a new optometrist.
