Optimum care plus
Have such a great job with my mother, my mother lost her memory a year ago and now lives in a full time supporrted house with optimum care plus.
From day 1 mum leaving hospital Martin, Tracy and the whole team have been so supportive and kind to my mother and us as a family.
Mum couldn’t be in better hands.
