Lady Optician was extremely thorough and spent a long time in assessing any problems I might have. Reception area Staff also most helpful. Despite notification that my glasses would be ready in two weeks, they were returned in one.

The staff are very polite and friendly and very efficient as well. I went there first for an emergency and was looked after very quickly so I went back a week later to have my eyes tested. The staff were great which made my visit very comfortable.

Gemma and Naomi are so knowledgable and such down to earth, friendly people. They lay out the options for costings when deciding between new frames and lenses and using previous frames. Both girls are very welcoming. Such a smooth and relaxed process from eye check through to collection of new glasses.

The process of choosing glasses and sunglasses was made simple with them showing patience. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. I had their attention and didn't feel like a number in a line. Thank you ladies. Glad to bring my business here!

I have already recommended OPSM Woodcroft to 3 people as I was well looked after and all my concerns were heard and addressed with a friendly attitude from phone call to consult to pick up. I also want to voice my appreciation of the level of hygienic practices and fashion advice watching the 20ish pairs of glasses I had tried on get immediately sanitised once I'd made my decision.

I probably wouldn't buy from OPSM if I didnt go to the Woodcroft shop first as I went to three of them. I tend to do business with people that don't play games and keep things simple. It was very easy to book an eye test while everywhere else were full, plus the staffs are super nice & helpful.

I got off the bus a few stops too early and I know I looked a fright in their mirror by the time I got there but I was treated graciously like I was the only customer all week.

I found the optometrist to be really thorough and helpful, and the front desk staff to be really nice and friendly. My glasses weren't over the top for price either like in other places I've been to.

I highly recommend opsm, all the glasses I've gotten from them have been fantastic with no issues. The staff here are really friendly, helpful and professional. Really happy with the service and product.
