Wonderful staff! Bent my glasses frames & the lenses had popped out but Kathryn got them fixed within 30 minutes & they are good as new:)

When I picked up my glasses a couple months ago, I mentioned to the sales gentleman that that items in a distance were bured. He said give it a couple months to get use to them. I explained that I worn multi focal glasses for years and these glasses aren't correct. He assured me that they will be fine. So, I've waited about 3 months and still unhappy with them. I went back into the Victor Harbor store and made an appointment with the optician. I've been in this morning and he's arranged the the glasses to be charged. He compared my old glasses with the new glasses and I could see better long distance with the old glasses than the new ones. My glasses are going to be changed, so I'm happy with the result so far. I just wished that the salesman would have listened to me from the start!

Senthil Murugappa the fantastic and experienced Optometrist at OPSM Victor Harbor. He is your go to man for all eye tests and for a perfect new set of glasses every time.
Coupled with his Optical dispenser, Andreas they make a formidable team. Andreas is responsible for taking facial measurements to ensure they order a frame and lenses that fit the client correctly and comfortably, and visually line their eyes correctly for all focal ranges required. Andreas like Senthil is super customer focussed, professional and is as capable as a fully qualified Optometrist. I can completely recommend OPSM Victor Harbor, SA!

Big Thankyou to Chris and Yanna and the team at OPSM Victor Harbour several months ago we needed urgent attention to shrapnel in the eye and Yanna checked my friend and prescribed special drops. Sorted within 20 minutes of our call, quicker than the local GP or hospital! Given this I returned for an eye test and get spectacles! Chris Yanna team excellent they know their eyes, frames, lenses plus assistance with health rebates and government assistance! Chris is an excellent store manager and so patient a real professional don’t go anywhere else OPSM great local eye specialists! Chris even sorted my sunglasses out! The prices are extremely affordable and range and selection excellent! They also do contact lenses! I cannot recommend Chris and Yanna more highly! I used to see an optometrist down south since 1979 now I only see OPSM at Victor Harbor! Put them in your list to get your eyes tested! And they also support overseas third world countries by sending off old glasses not needed! Highly recommend OPSM Victor Harbor 5 stars plus plus! Thankyou Chris Yanna and the team! Well done!

Chris is a legend!
My son broke an arm on his glasses while we were on hols near Victor. So we popped in to OPSM, hoping, but not overly confident of a fix.
We were greated with a smile & can do attitude, which is rare these days. We left the glasses with him for twenty mins & when we returned, Chris had fitted a new arm. So appreciative.
Chris has great customer service & is an asset to OPSM. Thank you!
