OPSM Seaford

Worst every customer service, staff seem to be commision based, get the biggest sale and get you out. $3000.plus gets No after sales care No warranty, lens incorrectly fitted, Frames fall apart causing lens to get scratched, Even with Rockcoat? Staff stated lens fell out because of the cheap quality frames. Arms keep falling of due to fault in manufacturing which they don't cover.scratches are because plastic lens's scratch and there is NO such thing as a scratch resistant coating. Was told I should be happy that Glasses SA paid most of cost. Will NEVER recommend anyone to go to Seaford store.

Very professional and friendly service. This was the first visit to OPSM Seaford, and I will go back here from now on. I was treated like a very valued client. Both the front of shop manager (Jennifer) and optomotrist were lovely.friendly, professional and understanding. I felt listened to and supported throughout my visit. I left the shop feeling really pleased with my examination and new glasses choice. I can't wait till they come. Highly recommend!

$ 3000 + for one pair of shit glasses.
Guarantee is not worth a piece of sh_t, within the 1st 3 months, Lens have fallen out 4 times BOTH arms KEEP falling off, but according to their staff that is a problem on the side of the cheap frames NOT their Lens or workmanship, and is not covered.
Sadly must give it a star to be able to post a review.

Friendly staff, have been going to OPSM for over 30 years, and won't go anywhere else, well done.

I recently went to OPSM SEAFORD as closer to my workplace. Jen and her team were professional and customer focused right from the get go. Amazing customer service and attention to detail, never pushy and listened to my needs. Most enjoyable, and informative experience I have had at an Opsm I will continue to go there in the future. Being customer focused in my own job, I feel this store needs to be recognised for going over and beyond ️ My new glasses!

The optician Boris is very experienced in his work very friendly and explains the importance of keeping eyes checked and a clear explanation of the eye function in plain terms is excellent.

Just had the best experience at Opsm Seaford. The ladies in store bent over backwards to get me what I needed and at such an amazing price. 10/10 do reccomend.

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I have worn contact lenses for 11 years, and have never experienced anything like this before. I always buy my contact lenses in bulk, usually 3-6 months in advance and today I realised I had no solution or daily lenses left. In an optical emergency i went to this store to get contact solution and ask if they had any spare contact lenses in my prescription I could buy.the “optometrist” was careless, rude, demeaning and completely heartless. I explained my circumstances, to which he just lectured me and said “I should be more organised” and proceeded to what felt like verbal abuse about my habits as a contact wearer. This was a complete emergency for the sake of my eye health, he did not care. He also rang my regular optometrist to tell them “not to serve me” and to encourage me to no longer use contacts. I AM SHOCKED.

I will never attend this service. I am disgusted in the lack of empathy and human decency to just let me buy the solution. Completely unprofessional.

I have ben going to OPSM Seaford for many years and have always found Boris to be a true professional. Boris is concise in explaining any changes to my eye health and any conditions to be aware of moving forward.

I came in to fix my sunglasses. It's missing a screw. Jen fixed my glasses within minutes. Great service and very professional. She was so kind. You can feel that she really cares about her customers. Will def come back! Highly recommended.
