Great experience with the OPSM team in Glenelg. They cut no corners in making sure everything was right for me - every step of the way. Not the cheapest option but literally incomparable to some of the competitors. In my case, it was worth paying a bit more and getting exactly what I wanted and exactly what I needed. Highly recommended. Great team - friendly staff in customer service and the optomtrists are professional, experienced and very good at what they do!

Excellent service by San who was very professional, caring and thorough. The optical assistants greeted me as soon as i walked in to the store. Paige assisted me with my transactions for my new lenses and explained everything clearly.
I have always had excellent service by all the staff each and every time i have had appointments.
My whole experience was very satisfying and I'm looking forward to my next yearly check up.

OPSM Glenelg, have a fantastic range of frame choices. The Staff were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The optometrist, was amazing. She explained every step and made the experience enjoyable and relaxing. Great branch.

Absolutely brilliant service. I went in thinking i had something mild with my eyes but soon turned more worrying. The optometrist put me at ease at a distressing time for me, while getting to the bottom of the problem past shop closing time.

Worst experience ever. I spend almost $900 for the eye glasses, but the measurements was wrong, the manager said it happens, but after 30 days guarantee, there is nothing they can do. So if anyone want to buy a glasses from this shop, remember check your measurements from some professional optometrist after you receive your glasses.

Had my first eye appointment away from the R. A. H Opthalmology dept. A special shout out to Phoung. She was friendly, informative, professional and very thorough with my examination. I Would recommend OPSM. Especially for those that have eye problems.

Had a wonderful customer service experience at the Glenelg OPSM recently and a big thank you to Katherine who really went over and above to make sure she could help me. Those little 1% ers in customer service often make a big difference and I am sincerely appreciative.

Really disappointed with my service today at the glenelg store. Went in with an issue with my reading glasses of which I use for screen work and close focus work at my work and when not using them the continually fall of my head and the lenses get scratched, I was told today that my glasses shouldn’t be on my head and that they were to big for my head.that was it that was my answer.then was told we can replace your lenses with the insurance policy I took out when I bought the glasses but we can sell you a better fitting frame.wouldn’t you think they could have advised me the frames were “actually” to big when I bought them and had the “ professional “ fitting done? Not happy and will never use OPSM again

The staff were amazing at Glenelg. They fixed my old frames to get me by while I waited for the new ones to come in. Dedicated service providers! Thanks
