A very professional and friendly store. The optometrist and staff are very competent and will put you at ease straight away. They will also find the best deal that is possible for you.

All the staff were very helpful, professional and were able to provide me with support and information about my prescription and eye wear. The store is well set out and user friendly with easy entry access and also movement inside the store.

I feel very confident when I go there that I am going to get good service using they latest technology. They highlight any issues that need to be addressed.
They are knowledgeable and helpful with my eyes exam and then helping me with lenses and frames.
My experience with this store has been great.
Last year they referred me on to an Eye surgeon to correct some issues. They picked up on a potential problem that was fixed.
Their staff are friendly and helpful.
My only choice for eye exams and eye wear.

Love the staff at Gawler opsm. Very patient and helpful especially when my new script felt not quite right. A few adjustments later and everything is so much better.

Recently visited this store as I needed new prescriptions. Made it clear from the start that I just wanted new lenses for my frame. The lady who served me looked annoyed by it and tried to convince me to buy new frames. My frame is 6 months old and I paid $1,500 for it so wanted to keep it. I was then told that if I wanted to put new lenses in my frame and the frame got broken by then, they would not to be considered responsible. WOW, not only you’re telling me that your staff may not even able to install lenses on new frames, but also are not taking any accountability if that happens. If I could give zero stars, I would

Retuned my perscription safety glasses with a lense issue. When the older woman attendant saw that the wings on the arms were missing she immediately accused me of tampering with them and would not warrent them. Just an excuse not to deal with the real issue. The woman shouldn't be in customer service.

Very poor service! Incorrect prescriptions given multiple times. Would not recommend OPSM Gawler and will not being shopping there again!
