Aimee at OPSM Firle has been my Optometrist for many years and she is absolutely awesome. Aimee is professional and friendly and I would not want to see anyone else. Aimee is thorough and has a positive attitude to her work. I would highly recommend her. The Reception staff at OPSM Firle are also very helpful. Keep up the great work

Staff and optometrist were extremely friendly, listened to my concerns patiently, checked for what I was worried about and gave me helpful and relevant information. Highly recommend.

A most pleasant experience!
Booked a same day eye test initially and the optometrist was very professional and thorough. I ran out of time to buy prescription glasses but will be back before Xmas to take advantage of the 50% specials in December.
This is a really great store with friendly and professional staff. Today was my second visit in 18 months and both times were a positive experience. Today, the optometrist (Marian) took time to explain things to me about my eye test and put me at ease with her calm nature and good sense of humour! The store manager (Barb) helped me find a great pair of frames and understood that I'm on a budget, and didn't put pressure on me to spend more on upgrades. I highly recommend this store!

If you appreciate a good costumer service, think twice about going to OPSM Firle. I wish I had read the reviews before booking an appointment there. The staff was really rude, she did not communicate in a respectful/nice way with me, maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know, certainly not my fault but she took really personal the fact that I had an appointment booked closer to her lunch time. Oh dear.anyways, I hope to never have to return there.
Very helpful in trying to help me find sunglasses. There seemed not to be a great selection however.
Super rude staff and customer service. We went to that store today and the staff is super rude. No greeting, no service at all and she looked in a super unhappy mood. The worst branch I ever experienced! Even don't want give a star.
Came in over the weekend when the one girl working was super busy. Although the store was full of people both browsing and ordering, she took the time to greet me and explained that there was an ongoing sale within the store. Amazing customer service for being so under pressure - definitely made me feel welcome!
I had very bad luck with opsm firle. I had an eye infection and usually would wear contacts. I started wearing my glasses again. I dropped them, they snapped right in half. I went to OPSM and they did a full eye test, which was great. I have a high prescription and cannot see without them. OPSM were unable to even help find a frame to put my current lenses in for the time being, so I had no option but to wear contacts in my infected eye! I went to specsavers straight after and they Found a pair off the shelf that matched my old pair and FREE OF CHARGE! 2 weeks later OPSM ring with my new glasses. I went in and the lenses had been made with the wrong prescription. They had ordered digital which I had never used before so I couldn’t focus with them. They ordered a second pair that were not digital. 2 weeks wait again and I still couldn’t see out of them. When I rang the guy was stumped he couldn’t understand why I couldn’t see still, he offered me a refund or told me to pick a different frame! When I went back for a third time to get a refund! I was told the guy that served me the second time NEVER changed them and ordered them as DIGITAL again. Absolute joke, poor customer service. They did nothing for me!
The guy at the reception was great. Good service and explained really well about my health insurance caps. Also the shop was having wide range of frames for spectacles to choose from.
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutley disgraceful customer service! After waiting nearly a month for replacement glasses to arrive, after initially being told it would take 5 business days I now require another pair or repair. After waiting for the month your staff has zero communication and I had to continually follow up to get any indication of what the delay was and everytime your attitude and empathy was very lack luster and the blame was passed on elsewhere. I have had my new glasses for about a month and now the coating on the lenses is coming away. You would think considering it nearly took a month to get them there wouldn’t be any issues this soon on. My partner has just called your store today and was told by staff to call the city store to get the new issue looked at, he has called the town store and was redirected back to you as it was your issue not theres. After the run around and multiple contacts to other OPSM stores I now apparently have to go to West Lakes to have the glasses sent off and repaired. Because of your sheer incompetence and lack of customer service and not wanting to take accountabiltiy for an issue at your own store I am further incovenienced and now have to travel out of my way to fix your mess up. Abysmal effort OPSM Firle, learn some customer service or get new staff who actually care about their customers!
