I’m happy to provide OPSM Elizabeth a 5 star review as I have been coming here for 3 years now.

I’ve been seen by both optometrists Lauren and Kym, and I have to say both are wonderful in their own right.

Both are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient with their assessments.

I’m also happy with the sales service and assistance with purchasing new glasses- it’s always nice for an honest second opinion on what looks good!

Lastly, the price. I always seem to get a good price on my new glasses and sunnies (with private health cover too) so for me - they are ticking lots of boxes.

The staff were amazing very friendly and polite and helpful. Also know there job and were very quick.

Really thoughtful, helpful and professional staff. Was a difficult appointment today and Lauren was just fantastic and so helpful.
I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the lovely lady who took my initial phone call (Jane maybe?) but she was also so helpful and kind.

I have a serious health issue nd the optomitrist noted all issues that get overlooked normally. Her dedication and attention to my needs were exceptional. I definitely recommend the entire team to all who need that special attention.

I needed an urgent appointment, due to having to get a 'fitness to drive' form completed because of my eyesight. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. Great start! The eye test was performed by Nick, the Optometrist, with great service, precision and a friendly manner. From there, I wanted to order new glasses but being a pensioner, could not afford immediately. The staff went out of their way in helping me order the glasses and start the process, without having to put a deposit down. Martin, in particular, needs an honourable mention. His knowledge of the measuring and ordering process (it's more complicated than you might think) was exceptional. Best service. Ever. I cannot fault this OPSM store. Go here for your glasses. Forget the competition.

Wonderful caring staff, Lauren was very helpful and fully explained the different stages of my eye exam. She listened to my concerns and help me make informed decisions in choicing th ecorrect glasses

Great staff, friendly, helpful and willing to listen and solve any problems we might have. Living over two hours drive away from there means we could go to a closer well know spectacle maker but found them to be below the standard of help that we receive at Elizabeth

Fantastic service, great range. I decided to go to OSPM as a new customer and try transition lenses for the first time on one of my new glasses. There was an issue with one of the transition lenses after I tried them out and when I went back seeking guidance, Julie assisted me with a friendly and thorough consult. I was surprised at the willingness to help even though they were very busy. Although transition lenses are not for me, we were able to come up with a better solution and I am happy with the outcome. Thank you.

Staff are friendly and efficient, the optician Lauren Field was very professional but clearly explained her findings. I've been a customer for decades and have an eyecheck every year, can't fault them.

Needed a pair of contacts at short notice to get me by when my glasses broke. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Had me sorted out in no time.

The person I dealt with from Elizabeth OPSM was extremely helpful is going through the selection process and explaining all options available to me.
The while process from start to finish was enjoyable and at no time was I ever pressured to make a decision that I was uncomfortable with.

Absolutely friendly amazing staff that work at the Elizabeth store. I would highly recommend going there for getting your eyes tested. They where very helpful in picking out the best frames that suited my face. They go above and beyond to make you feel very welcome inside there shop! I would like to say Thank you so much!

Just a big thank you to Nicky and the team for helping me out after cataract surgery, I needed a correcting lens for my remaining eye and Nicky was able to assist the same day. Lots of care and she appreciated my predicament.
I will defiantly come back when my eye settles post surgery to get my reading glasses.
