27Optometrist Stephen Verney is excellent. He was particularly good with my four-year-old son when he had his eyes tested.
Every time I go, I feel that the examination is thorough, well-explained, and if new glasses were prescribed, the lenses have always been perfect. The fitting of the frames after picking up glasses very helpful. Also - on time.
Sales person needs to understand he is for there to serve the customer. Extremely rude behavior never going back to this ever! Management clearly doesn't care about this despite past negative reviews seems like they haven't done anything about it!
I do not recommend this store. The optomitrist is arrogant and rude and hostile to any returns or refunds.
I paid $650.00 for a pair i cannot wear even though i returned to the store and asked for a refund. So the gìrl there was told to deal with me.so i went along with her suggestion and she checked my eyes. I dont believe they changed anything in the lens.anyway i waited another 2weeks to get them back and after wearing them for two weeks i could see to read but i had paid for progressive glasses and that isnt what i got back.

The optometrists are very helpful and patient. However, the sales staff (Nathan) is awful. Rude, narcissistic and plain unhelpful on multiple occasions. Would not recommend purely based on my experience with this staff member.
Fantastic and very obliging staff. Allan was very thorough with his assessment and explained everything clearly. I will definitely be recommending this store to others!
Great service and quality. While not my closest optometrist, it is my favorite. They help me understand the important things and give me space to make my own decisions. Highly recommended.
