I has been seeing another optometrist without success and with much frustration. The service, attention to detail and assistance I got from the team at OPSM Colonnades is the best I've received since I started wearing glasses 40 odd years ago.

Fast service. Called them one saturday afternoon to make an appointment. They said "Is tomorrow morning at 11 ok? " Less than 2 weeks later I had a new pair of safety glasses with lots of extras.would highly recomend.

I attended this appointment and had both trainee, which I gave permission for and booked Optometrist. Both people were extremely nice and thorough. The examination was precise and professional. The Optometrist was helpful and explained things well and gave me advice to help my condition. Which I am taking. Definetly recommend this service.

OPSM Colonades - I won't be going there again - every time I went there I was told a different price - by 3 different sales people - (1st was told by Ryan, that the Government paid $300, latter told by (dark haired, Marie?) lady, that the Gov only paid $25, so I really have no idea how much the Government covered & how much I was supposed to pay? After exchanging useless multi-focal with transitional lenses, for single lenses with anti-glare, I asked again about pricing, Carol, told me my glasses are now worth $332, & Gov paid $232 & I paid $100 - but I originally paid $210 (on multi-focal with transitional lenses, that were useless) & I only got $50 refund? So $60 not accounted for, of my money? - when I rang & queried this the next day, suddenly the price changed again to suit them & Carol said $60 was the anti-glare but that was included in the $332 total glasses price, the day before! (Then Carol told me Gov only paid $100 off glasses before exchange, so which is it $300, $25 or $100? Ffs!) - The Asian female optometrist was too fast testing my eyes. (When re: tested the male optometrist was more efficient & explained things better.) - So I do not recommend this branch of OPSM. Next time I'll go to Spec Savers, & get 2 for one deal which is better value, even, without Government discount for pensioners. - OPSM RIP OFF!

Marie the manager was so helpful in finding frames for my minuscule face. She provided a lot of advice and care while I shopped. Not just trying to make the sale or pressuring, just a genuine sales person.

I have had glasses from OPSM Colonnades for the past year and they are durable and never let me down brand Versace with extra though classes for work. However the best part is the service. The staff made it easy and quick to choose glasses. I'm not the most confident person so it's great when the salesmen are so friendly and understanding. I even forgot the time for my appointment to have them fitted but they said "that's fine" and fitted me with new glasses. Having the optometrist there too made it a smooth process. For 30% more money I got 500% more value.
