I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail when having my eyes tested by Jane. Before the appointment, I'd noticed slight changes to my vision, and these were confirmed and explained. I felt my eyes were in good hands. I was also very happy with Mary's assistance in selecting a new frame. She took note of my face shape, colouring, and personal preference. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I'm really happy to be wearing new glasses.

The examination by Leanne Smith (Rochow) and her OPSM Burnside team member Gabriel, was thoroughly professional, and the results were explained in layman’s terms.
I made additional enquiries (that I have in the past posed to others in the medical profession) that were answered in full. I consider the friendly, efficient service to be next-to-none.
I recommend all to OPSM care.

Today I called to speak to the manager at 12.45 she’s with the customer she will call you back. I am still waiting. It’s regarding my glasses as I been waiting 4 weeks. But they weren’t right. Customer service bad. Management don’t care. They took my glasses. I called to speak to the manager to solve the problem before I take it further.

The team at OPSM Burnside are doing it right. They gave me great customer service, helped me pick my frames with honest opinions and even talked me through my lens options which I haven’t been given in other places. When I picked up my glasses they were perfect as well! Thanks so much team OPSM Burnside I’ll be back!

Gabriel was very helpful, patient and professional. He did everything to make sure I’m satisfied with my new glasses.

I rarely ever leave reviews for anything but the staff really went above and beyond to help me.

I ordered contact lenses but they didn’t arrive in time and my flight was the next day so when I called them about my dilemma, the lady on the phone was kind, understanding and very willing to help. Thank you so much to the staff who got trial lenses driven over from another store so I could use them during my travels!

In addition to this, everyone at the store is so friendly and Jane who is the optometrist I see is very kind and thorough.
