Marc welcomed me and performed the initial eye check and Charlie inspected my eyes very throughly.

I was assisted by Hamish at the Rundle mall store in Adelaide for my dispensing and testing. I was thrilled with his professionalism and knowledge of the products and by his commitment to helping me find the perfect designer glasses for my needs! Highly recommend and will be back when it’s time for an update.

Brilliant service at OPSM Rundle Mall. My eye check was incredibly thorough and follow up was above and beyond good. Assistance with choosing my frames was equally brilliant. Despite being very busy at the time I felt like I was going to get all the assistance I wanted to get the exact frames I needed. The prescription was so good, and the service so brilliant, I decided to get a second pair when I picked up my first - will definitely go to Rundle Mall OPSM again.

Please don’t go to optometrist Rongrong Lin, very unprofessional. I had a popped internal stye in my right eye, and she said it was not popped and didn’t prescribe any antibiotic and now my eye is infected.

I’d never been in this store before and yet I felt so welcome as soon as I walked inside.
All staff was friendly and extremely helpful.
Jamie was so accommodating to my circumstances of waiting for gift cards to pay for my sunglasses as my birthday present but she ordered them anyways and said I can pay the day I come to collect them.

Went there to change the eyepads of my glasses today. The lady at the counter seated me and started working on it immediately. After a short while, she came back with a pair of squeaky clean glasses. It felt like new and didn't cost me anything. Impressed by the service, gonna come here for my next pair of glasses!

The team at OPSM were very helpful, working with me to sort out exactly which frames and lenses I wanted (clear lenses in wrap sunglasses frames). Amanda (optometrist) was great as usual. Excellent advice and additional testing based on my medical history.

We have been asked to leave today at 4.45pm because we did not wearing a mask. So funny as we visited the store yesterday and not a single customer wearing a mask at that time. And we reckon if a store does have that kind of rule they should prepare some spare masks in store for customers, just like other stores did? Guess the staffs just want to make sure we are not wasting their time. But nevermind we went to the store next door and bought the sunglasses from them instead.

I ordered a pair of special lens, was told that it might take a little bit longer than usual to get my glasses but it arrived in just a week! So efficient! The glasses are of very high quality and I found it‘s really comfortable to wear. The staff are very enthusiastic and helpful too. Fantastic experience overall. Will definitely come back. ️

Hyo Chul Shin {Charlie] gave my eyes the full work over prior to me having Laser surgery at Adelaide Eye & Laser, they found all his findings & figures to be 100% - can't recommend him enough - totally rapt

Very professional and thorough on the optometry side. Sales team were very helpful in deciding frames. Store may need to review their processes for booking appointments, there was a mix up but it was easily resolved.

A pleasant experience as always at OPSM Rundle Mall. My optometrist Charlie is excellent, thorough, explained the changes in my eyesight and my new prescription is perfect. The staff were extremely helpful when choosing my new frames and efficient and friendly when I collected my new glasses. I’d recommend OPSM to everyone.

Went in and inquired about the new Rayban sunglasses. They answered all of my inquiries, I have not received that kind of service since being to Singapore. The lovely lady showed me the quality of pictures and video from her personal phone. The gentleman's knowledge of the multiple questions gave me the clarity I wanted. I now will only buy my Rayban from them. AAA+
