Great professional and friendly service, I have come to Bagot house to see KC and Kevin for years.

My experiences with OPSM Bagot House North Terrace Adelaide 5000 have been most impressed by the EYE CARE over many years that has provided spectacles and further referral care at hospital for eye correction surgical procedures.

Popped in unannounced this morning, to get some new contact lenses. Kevin was most helpful and able to fit me in for an eye examination, within 2 hours, while I was in the city. Lenses ordered and I will pick them up later this week. Great service and very efficient. Highly recommend OPSM North Terrace if you need good advice or new contact lenses/glasses.
Kevin is one of the most experienced retail eyewear guys in Adelaide and just gets it right everytime.

I have been a regular customer of OPSM at Bagot House and have always been treated with courtesy. The staff, including Kevin who currently manages the Store, have been professional and skilled. They allow you to take time to select lenses and provide assistance and advice, which is always appreciated. The time to get the new glasses or lenses is relatively short and the Store communication is excellent.

Kevin (the store manager) manages to be both friendly and professional all at once, and maintain an easy going manner and was extremely helpful when it came to readjusting my glasses after they started slipping off my face, and managed to get them to a perfect fit on the first try, also gave me fresh gel nosepads which are both more comfortable and less irritable then their plastic counterpart, however one of the other staff on duty at the time was silent, untalkative and outright ignored me when i asked a question and that is the only reason this is not a 5 star. 4.5 / 5 stars

Very professional, efficient and friendly service including eye examination, lens selection and fitting.

I rang and spoke to Kevin and explained my mum had fallen and broke her glasses. He was sympathetic and empathetic. He looked up my mum's records and said he would call back within 15 minutes he called back having found the same frame and ordered her prescription. He was excellent and my mum and I are very grateful for his wonderful, efficient and no trouble can do attitude. OPSM and Kevin are great examples of brilliant customer service!

The staff are courteous, contentious and experienced. The results of the eye tests are explained and corrective lenses advised and glasses fitted properly. The only adverse comment would be the high cost of some products.

Amazing customer service. Thanks for helping me out with my old glasses that is slightly bent. Their service is 100% excellent. I think the person who served me was called Harvard.
I will definitely come again.
