We ordered the Bondi burger meal, great portion size and chips were awesome. The chicken fillet was juicy and not overcooked with enough sauce. Excellent customer service and shout out to Luke who really is a good team member who suggested good options and deals.

Was hesitant to order because of the reviews.

The chips and chicken strips were great, the only issue was I didn’t receive my Diet Coke and the burger had about a half a tub of mayo on it. Other then that it was really nice I just took all the mayo off and it was falling apart a little.

Ease up on the mayo and would have been perfect.

Yeah the usual stuff from there and especially a staff member name Aimee didn’t really greeted me.

Not enough sauce. Oportos seems to forget it is the chilli sauce that makes them different if a customer asks for extra give them extra they are more likely to come back then

Spilt my chippies all over the floor by mistake and the staff kindly made me a new batch on the house.

It's things like this that really make a difference and want to return my service or make a recommendation.

Ordered from the Oporto at On The Run in reynella and the guy that served me had the best customer service. Food was fantastic and hot. Will definitely be going back to this store.

Thought we'd try it out and got 2 rappas with chips delivered. Chips were good. Worst wraps we have ever ordered. Waste of over $50 delivered.
Cant say we will be back.

Everytime i try to scan it does not count. Staff never shows any initiative, never ask for app. I order bondi meal everytime but never gets counted. All the advertisements for no reason?

Food was average, staff were not professional with staff talking to the OTR staff about wanting to hit another customer with a stick. Ordered x3 chicken strips with my burger did not receive them and chips were bone cold.

Food tasted good location was filthy. I seen a staff member rub multiple tables down with a dirty looking tea towel no spray nothing just dry

90% of the time I order via Uber Eats, the order is wrong. Either missing simple items that come in the combo eg chips or completely wrong order.

Maybe the team would benefit from taking the time to double check the order and ensure that the correct order is in the bag before sending off. It’s a pain having to apply for a refund and then dealing with not having the food to eat and ordering from a different restaurant.

Food was pretty disappointing. Cold chips and tough chicken. The place was dead as so you would expect they would cook to order.

Chips were absolutely BANGING. Salted perfectly. However, most importantly the guy who served us at 10: 15 on a Friday was an absolute legend. Super kind and helpful since it was my first time ordering. If your reading this, you need to ask for a raise coz your amazing. I ordered the wrap and it was. Dare I say. BANGING. Will be back. Food was really well priced, I am a big boy and STUFFED and only spent 15$Hope you guys have an awesome night. God bless ya.

Friendly staff but not clear in their asking when placing an order. My husband was without sauce due to their lack of clarity

Not too bad for an Oportos hit, somewhat hit and miss for quality. Good opening hours is a plus for the late night cravings. Would love to see more consistent quality

Food was bland and tasteless over priced for what it is. Burger bun was dry and chips went soggy by the time we got home

Each time we visit Reynella Oporto it is perfect. From service to the food being fresh hot and tasty. Exceptional!

I love Oporto chicken tenders but today I ordered them with a large chips and got a very measly cup of chips. Very disappointing.

Got the double opregos in a large meal as always. Delicious as always. I love how big they are and the sauce is to die for. The chip were fresh and delicious. Absolutely love oportos

Always have issues with this Oportos. Every time I order the pulled chicken bowl, it never has guac on it, even when I specifically clarify it’s meant to. Tonight the chicken was way over cooked, and this was their idea of chilli cheese chips? A cheeseburger has more cheese than my chips rn. I’ve tried contacting otr but I never receive a reply… I guess it’s time to boycott.
