Oporto

Burger had so much sauce put on that it was over powering and incredibly messy. Was not enjoyable to eat. Chips were pretty tasteless. Chicken "strips" that came with combo were over cooked.

What happened? I went to opportos last year the chips were greatly salted in flavour, the chicken i couldnt taste from anywhere else, and the otropo burger was sizzling with flavour and spice. Just ordered opportos today the chips were as plain as day, the chicken almost tastes the same as anywhere else, the pineapple had almost no sweetness and that delicous spicey mayo and extra chili i ordered didnt even affect me once i remember last time i was reaching for a drink nearly after every bite. This time was a waste of time. Probably wont be ordering again.

The quality of the food is not that good as I wanted. I know they are very busy but still they have to cook food properly. Its taste like raw.

Run by the dumbest people on earth took 30 minutes to make a burger even when it wasn't busy

Very small bun they use for burger they add only veggie patty and 2 tomatoes, no souce added, no taste.it’s wastage of money.

Really bad. $36 for 2 tiny cups of chips and a burger so soggy that it fell apart as i unwrapped it. Which is odd because there was no sauce in the bondi burger at all. What made it soggy? And the haloumi chicken wrap has one peice of haloumi, one piece of chicken and like 300mls of chili sauce.
I know its hard for you guys to care, its just fast food after all. But $35 isnt cheap. Youre a total rip off. How are you still in business with 5 staff on and only 3 customers in the 30min i sat here with my family?
Do better, because youre awful right now.

Changeing my review. Was originally 5 stars.
They ignored my wife when she was in line and when she finally got to the counter she was told there where other people in front of her.
I then went up to order. Once orderded they then gave our order to some one else. Food was remade Food is good but service wasn't.

Ordered a wrap and a burger meal for my husband and I and was disappointed. Both were very plain, the chicken was flavourless and there was an extreme lack of sauce. Tasted just like plain bread with plain grilled chicken, my 90 year old uncultured grandma in law would use more spice. Chips are okay.

I order bondie burger for my kids this afternoon, what i saw in the burger totally shock me because i been used oporto for a long time.i think u should focus more on cleaning because ur small mistake can be a complete disaster for someone else

Fast service, friendly staff. Happy to modify to suit my family members needs. Great option for Thursday night shopping at Marion.

I've recently discovered how much I love Oporto, their chicken is delicious and I've probably spent more eating here than I should. I would definitely recommend the 1/4 quarter chicken box for a meal

Great, friendly, efficient staff! Good quality food, the chips were amazing. Not the cheapest, but definitely worth it. Will definitely visit again.

Had a Otropo Burger today at 6.30pm with Soggy tomato slices, chilled lettuce and soft, lukewarm possibly double fried small pieces of fries. Everything lacked freshness, Totally disappointed. Many shops are around the food court. Please try somewhere else.

Absolutely recommend the vegan burger here! Some vegan patties I've had just taste like mush. This is actually delicious, great texture, you can clearly taste it's made of peas and herbs.
A nice hearty burger, for $15 it's a great deal for quality food and a filling meal. The lemon and herb dipping sauce is vegan as well, paid a small upgrade to have Monster.

As someone who has eaten Oporto for 20 years plus - it will never be as good as it was in those early days but this store is pretty good.

Oh man. I love Oporto. My wife is celiac so I don't get to eat it often, but when I do, I drool so much. Yum.
